3.00The luau is on a rooftop and instead of the Hawaiian feel of sand and surf you looked at other buildings. Did not have the luau feel of the beach that is presented in the videos we watched. The food was sub par. The performance was entertaining but would have been better if the location was better

3.00The advertised package is not what we received. Beware of booking this tour. We stood in line for 45 minutes and then was not given the drink tickets we purchased or the lui . We paid 185.00 pp for this and they did not fulfill their part. This is once in a life time experience for us and it was such a disappointment . The entertainment was good by that was all. Food taste like cruise ship Buffett foods. Long line to get food. But my main complaint is when you book a certain package you expect to get what’s included. This was not the case.
