A happy experience in the open air garden on the 6th floor. Not on the great lawn as advertised. Performers were excellent.

Very poorly run. Purchased the "show only" option for $120. Received a notice the day before that the luau had been relocated somewhere else. Walked to the lobby to get directions to the relocated spot and had to turn around and walk back to where I just came from. No signs outside notifying you of the new location or how to locate the elevators to get to the 6th floor. Once I made it to the 6th floor there was one person (who appeared to be new - since someone was standing behind her coaching her.). After getting to the front of the line I was told they weren't checking people in for the "show only" option for another 45 minutes. Of course there is nowhere to sit and wait. I hope the show is better than their planning...

The show was colourful and showed the diverse culture of the Polynesian countries. The fire dancers were really good. However it was expensive and the show only went for an hour not the advertised time of an hour and a half.

It was well organized and entertainment was great. However, I have been to other luaus in which the duration of activities and entertainment were more extensive and varied for the price point.

Lovely show, very well choreographed with a wonderful host. The setting is beautiful and everything was extremely organized. Started on time and if you had the premium seating, you sit towards the front of the venue and have a much better view. There is no stage so the performers are at your same level. The food was prepared buffet style, and offer a very inviting, organized and efficient setup. The food is your typical buffet food that included chicken, fish, beef and various salads and side dishes. The desserts were limited in choices. All in all the food was average, but the buffet was area was clean and very nicely set up. There were extra touches offered like free washable tattoos and wrist fresh flower bracelets. These are complimentary. Lovely time!

Very expensive luau. Very commercial. Food was ok. Its buffet style. Lines to get food are long. Not a fan of the drinks provided. The luau is about 4 hours long. The dances showcased are pretty nice but the seating doesn't provide a clear view of the stage. Its an ok event but for they money, you could find better things to do.

Show was great but apparently you can save yourself hundreds of dollars and just watch it from the beach without paying. Kinda stupid so don't bother paying.

This was our first luau, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was fun and well run. Staked out in a grassy area between towers, you could see the sea from one side. The meal served was barbecue brisket, kalua pork and a teriyaki style chicken. All were delicious. The band in the back were entertaining, as were the dancers. There were items for sale, such as carved wood figures, and leis.

This whole experience was quite disappointing. I spent a few hundred dollars for the "Show Only" experience, simply because the "Show and Dining" experience was sold out. Honestly, if the Show and Dining experience is sold out, then there should be no option to just watch the show. The show only is a complete rip off. They charged over $120 per person, just to seat you at the back by the sidelines, where people could watch for free and after they've seated people who were able to experience both the Show and Dine. It felt like a slap in the face, definitely felt duped. This was a waste of money for sure.
