This is one of the more disappointing experiences we had on our vacation. We paid for the best seating so we could see the show but, even placed at the front tables, the show is so far back and there are still your table mates heads in the way (everyone is seated at long group tables) that you can’t visualize the dance routines in their entirety. While the dancers certainly put energy into their performances, everything seemed to be “sanitized” for general consumption, kind of like expecting a reality show in Walt Disney World. The most fierce male dancing routines were made to be more “joking” as a dancer ran back and forth comparing audience responses to his calls and encouragement to cheer, and the moves were not representative of the true nature of the dance, having seen these types in many places. In addition, the food quality was mediocre, the pans would run out on the buffet line and not be replaced, and they started picking up the food after everyone had only had one chance to make it through the line. Your drinks were available from a table set up across the lawn and that was also folded up immediately as the show started, without warning, so we were left with useless drink coupons. There was a huge set of tables strung in the back that contained carvings done by family members of the emcee, all of which were very overpriced compared to similar work you find elsewhere on the island. In summary? We paid more than half a thousand dollars to eat poor food, see half a dance area, not get the drinks we paid for, and get solicited to buy souvenirs and photos while they were folding up the buffet and bar behind us. There are at least 6-8 luaus running on this island at any time, most cheaper and almost all much better and more authentic. Save your money for the real thing.

The food quality was “hotel food”. The entertainment was “low talent”. There was only one performance (the fire spinners) that was impressive. It is worth about half the price that was charged.

Luau was ok. It was overpriced. Took too long to get through the line to be seated, and the place was half empty. Food was average, but they took the food away too soon. For the amount of money paid, the food should've been open for seconds.

This show and menu are very good but help is needed for those with mobility issues. Standing in line is not good when everyone has a designated spot/section anyway. In addition on Friday, you had to go to the sand in decent clothes to see the fireworks. No where to sit but on the ground/sand in a dress. On the flip side, the performers were great and the show was well put together. Food was really good. Just please work on some solutions for those with mobility issues.

We had an awesome time at the luau the dancers did an awesome job. I liked learning the history of Hawaii. The fireworks show was just as great. This was our first time to visit Hawaii and plan to come back.

The staff, dancers, and musicians were absolutely incredible. It was well worth it. However, the free alcohol drinks were terrible and the food was not much better.

Upscale show and food was excellent! Not your average luaa and highly recommend! Pricey compared to others but well worth it!

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. The food, music and entertainment were very good. Lining up before the show was a little confusing, and we paid for Diamond seating and had really good seats but that also felt a little confusing and rushed when we first came in. I also was a little disappointed that we didn’t get a lei greeting. We brought our 10 year old grandson, and the highlight of his evening was the fire dancers which were incredible. The hula dancing was very beautiful and graceful. Overall I would recommend and go back again.

Too expensive just for the show. The app confused me about the food or show only. When we tried to add food we were unable to even though there was so much left over.

The Luau was exceptional. We were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village so it was convenient, the food was delicious and plentiful and the dancers and musicians were exceptional. I highly recommend this experience.
