The show was outstanding, dancers great. Location was confusing, there are two Westins in Maui. The food was good, plenty of free drinks available. It was a highlight of our trip.

Amazing food and truly an amazing experience getting to see the Hawaiian culture. It is worth the money in my opinion. We got lucky and had wonderful seats as a non-premium tickets. I could see some people likely had some slightly obstructed views, but like I said we got very lucky as they pick your tables for you. Fire dancers were amazing!!

The show was great - fire dancers were awesome! Food was very good and service was great. No issues at all with the event itself. However, confirm the show time before you go - Viator said it started at 5:00 so we arrived at 4:30 to be sure we could park and be on time. Upon arrival we were told doors open at 5:30 and show started at 6:10. It was hot and there wasn’t anyplace cool that we could sit and wait. Would’ve been nice to have less time to kill beforehand.

Our group recently attended the Wailele Luau at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui. From start to finish, the evening was exceptionally well organized and exceeded our expectations. We opted for the Premium Luau package and felt it was well worth the additional cost. The open bar included a variety of premium beverage options at no extra charge, and the service was attentive throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. Dinner was served banquet-style and featured a wide variety of traditional Hawaiian and island-inspired dishes, all of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The culinary experience was truly top-tier and far better than what we’ve come to expect from most large-scale dinner shows. Families traveling with children will appreciate the separate keiki buffet, which included kid-friendly favorites such as macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, pizza, salad, and fries. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience enjoyable for guests of all ages. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic. The performers were energetic, talented, and professional, and the show was beautifully choreographed. The cultural presentations were engaging, and the production quality was excellent from beginning to end. The finale was especially memorable and did not disappoint. There was also a small craft vendor area offering locally inspired gifts and souvenirs, as well as a professional photographer available for family photos and keepsake pictures for an additional fee. If you’re visiting Ka’anapali and considering a luau, this one is easy to recommend. Great food, premium drinks, excellent entertainment, and a beautiful beachfront setting made for a memorable evening. We would absolutely do it again on a future visit to Maui.

4 stars instead of 3 because the performances and performers themselves were truly amazing! However, I don’t feel like this experience was worth the money. I expected the 5:30 start time to mean performances would start pretty soon after that, but there wasn’t much of anything going on until much later than the start time. Entry into the pavilion area didn’t start until 5:30. Overall, the ratio of performances to breaks, downtime, and time spent in the buffet line was very low and I expected more actual entertainment time for my money. It was nice that drinks were included and they were as expected for an open bar, but the food was just alright. If I returned to Maui and wanted to do a luau again, I would choose a different one.

Great show & yummy food. The check-in was a little slow but the fire🔥performance was worth it. The Emcee was a natural & the Hawaiian band with the singing & instruments was wonderful.
