Experience the beauty of Rio from a different angle! Come join us aboard our sailing yachts on a 3-hour tour under sail in the protected bay or open ocean waters of Rio. Departing from the Marina da Glória, this sailing experience unveils, right from the start, the two most iconic landmarks of Rio de Janeiro: the statue of Christ The Redeemer and Sugar Loaf. As the sailing proceeds, the Captain will help guests understand the magic of sailing and respond to questions about Rio's history, while guests relax, enjoy our welcome drinks, snacks and appreciate the great views!

What To Expect
Sail in Rio
After arrival at the marina, at least 15 minutes in advance, look for our representatives at the bottom of the staircase wearing a SAIL IN RIO shirt and wait to instructions.
Botafogo Beach
Look towards the beach and you will see the statue of Christ The Redeemer as the background!

5.00Very charming and comfortable boat, route and stops for diving very good, with a spectacular view of the Rio, and the main was the Sail in Rio staff, who was very polite, friendly and with a primoroso care. Pedro, Bruno and Daniel make a very good ride even better, by anticipation. We will repeat soon.
It was very good the trip and the excellent crew!

5.00This was a great experience that I would not hesitate to book again. The crew was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable about sights we saw along the way. We sailed out into the bay and anchored off an island that had a beautiful beach. You had the option of going for a swim or just hanging out on the sailboat. Drinks (coke, beer, water and caprinas were included as was healthy snacks of cheeses , olives and crackers. There were only 8 passengers on the boat so there was ample room to move about. Thank you Carmen, John, and Bruno for making it one of the best experiences in Rio.

5.00The welcome on the sailboat was excellent. Daniel and John received us on schedule and were always very kind. The walk was delicious. The snack offered is of excellent quality, as are the caipirinhas, very well made! The diving at Piratininga Beach was the cherry of the cake.

5.00Amazing experience definitely worth it! We did the sunrise tour with a very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable crew teaching you the history of the surrounding areas during the tour. The drinks and snacks were a perfect treat after getting the chance to swim in a bay along the tour. I'd 100% recommend anyone visiting Rio to do this you will not regret it. Thank you to the team that we met today (03/01/2026) your hospitality made us feel at ease and we appreciated every bit of it 😊

5.00What a wonderful way to see Rio from the water. A beautiful, warm, breezy mid day sail. Friendly, knowledgeable captain and crew, with plenty of interesting things to point out and share. Reservation was easy and clear and location easy to find. Highly recommend!
