  This was a very informative tour. We saw the best parts of Brugge and knew right how to get back to the sites we wanted to go into. Our guide was very good. She knew the area very well.

  This review is more about how Viator handled a misfortunate situation. Somehow my husband and I missed the meet up with the tour guide. We still don't understand what happed. We were at the meeting spot at least 15 mins prior to the tour beginning. After a few calls to and chats with the Viator, we tried to catch up at next stop on the tour but never found the guide. Viator refunded the cost of our tour and also provided two vouchers, one for a boat ride and one for the beer experience. We were disappointed that we missed the tour but happy that we were able to do the boat ride and beer tasking. Viator provided very good customer service.

  Poor English. Difficult to follow. No radio sets, because of big group. A number of historical locations missed, or lack of information. Boat tour is separate from walking tour and was good. Beer tour at the beer museum, separate from tour. These can be organised independently.

  Walking tour guided by Patricia from Buendía! Tour was easy to follow and information provided was very entertaining and interesting. We met the guide at the location but had to ask for she seemed not to have our information on her list. That was very uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed the tour. Patricia was fun and captivating. Probably the only feedback would be for her to talk a little bit louder. The group was of more than 20 people and with the rain and people around talking it was kind of hard to appreciate what she was saying at times.

  JK was a great guide for walking part of this experience. Knowledgeable & witty. Boat tour good too. We were let down as there was no record of our booking for beer tasting in Beer Museum and ticket issued to us by Viator was not acceptable to them. Disappointing as this was last evening in Bruges and we have asked for a refund.

  This experience was supposed to be a walking tour and boat trip. There was no boat trip as advertised. I was given a partial refund but I did not think it compensated for the missing boat trip which was the main reason I booked this. Very disappointed!

  Started nearly half an hour late. Guide didn’t turn up until 10mins after start time. I asked why and was told only after I asked, that there was a ‘problem’. Tour lasted about an hour and ten minutes. It’s a bit misleading as I thought it included a boat trip or beer tasting (which was optional and thought you could choose on the day) but neither of these were included. They were mentioned in passing. For the cost there are much better value guided tours. Save your money and go elsewhere. I cannot recommend.

  We purchased the boat trip with beer tasting, when we arrived there was nobody to meet us. We called Viator who told us they cancelled the trip and booked us on a walking tour, but never told us. Due to having a bad leg a walking tour is not possible and the boat trip was a surprise gift. We asked for a refund as we were unable to do the walking tour due to health reasons, plus we paid for a boat tour. The company refused to refund us and have essentially stolen our money and experience. I never write bad reviews but this deserves one,!zero morals or customer service, if you’re looking for a boat tour avoid this one at all costs.
