A lovely walking tour, at a gentle walking pace, with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable Soni. We had a great time.

This was very disappointing. We've used viator all over and this was the first time we've had this happen. The information for the tour arrived very late and we were getting off a cruise ship in a neighboring town. The meeting point in the viator app was only coordinates and didn't include a navigation link, and an information email from the tour operator did not arrive, (with an actual location) until it was too late. We were not able to contact anyone until we were back on the ship that evening. Receiving this information the night before works have avoided this problem and we wouldn't have missed what I'm sure was a lovely tour.

Great walking tour to learn about Nice old city area. Love the castle hill and waterfall too! Loved all the squares and the narrow streets and shops!

Very happy with our tour guide and enjoyed listening to her tell us about Nice. She was very helpful with telling us what to see next.

The elevator to castle hill stops at 5:15, so if you book the 4:30 tour you will have to walk the stairs to the top. We left tour at the time they ascended the hill because we did not want to climb the stairs.

Camilla was a knowledgable and personable guide- we love that she had lived in Paris for 7 years and was so enthusiastic about all the city has to offer, especially Montmartre. Our small group of 8 were 4 random couples and we had a lovey time conversing with one another along the route because Camilla engaged everyone collectively. This was one of our favorite tours and we have done many around the world. The pace was perfect, and the stops very interesting. She gifted us a buttery croissant to die for! The only thing to note is most of the tour takes place on cobblestone sidewalks and streets. Make sure you wear very comfortable and stable walking shoes. You will also be on your feet for a little over two hours nonstop and for anyone who may have mobility issues, the tour may be challenging for that reason, in addition to the continual gradual incline leading up to the Basilica. Having said this, there are plenty of stops where you are stationary, so it’s not strenuous, but it is a VERY good way to burn off calories and get your “steps” in on uneven surfaces!
