I wanted to ride the last ride but they told me I wasn’t “mickeyfied” enough and wasn’t “in the group” . They kicked me off the ride and said I wasn’t not allowed to ride. I went there for only that ride and the other.

We stayed 5 nights at the Disney resorts. Great service at Disney. But the BUS SERVICE WAS AWFUL. the service guys flat out said they don’t have the same service as DISNEY. Hovever, we are at Disney and Disney hires them. And they are terrible, and it’s giving Disney an awful & a terrible.

Overpriced and would rather attend a theme park that does bend to the right or left political parties. Good bye Disney. Understand a better theme park is down the road.

Horrible experience - Lack of value: For the price, the experience doesn't deliver the same level of magic or quality as in the past. Disney is running a two tiered system catering to the rich. It has become prohibitively expensive, and is getting worse. The prices for tickets, food, merchandise, and resort stays keep continuously rising far ahead of inflation. A middle-class family vacation has become increasingly out of reach for many. Everywhere you go they are pushing you to buy overpriced cheap Chinese crap. Long lines: Forget about the popular rides, the wait time is extremely long, sometimes more than 2 hours. Not family friendly - impossible wait time if you have young children. The overcrowding also makes the experience feel overwhelming, with swarms around ride queues, food and drink locations, and walkways. Park Pass Reservations: There is no flexibility with the mandatory park reservation system. The paid systems to skip lines is complicated and costly, excluding average middle class families. Tradition is killed by cross-selling for the latest Disney projects - There has been a shift from original attractions to pushing themes based on current Disney movies. Lack of comfort for patrons: There is insufficient shade in the parks, completely inappropriate for hot, humid Florida weather, but a great way to sell you extortionately priced water. Been to Walt Disneyworld many times since 1998,took kids, now grandkids, stayed on Disney property since 2010 last visited in 2019 and a lots changed since then, all the little Disney perks and magical touches have pretty much gone, staff are nowhere near as good as they were in the past, parks are like building sites and looking to be honest a little tatty the food has really taken a dive in quality and portion size. No magical express or fast passes anymore your getting a ton less for a lot more money, Disney are just focusing on getting ever dollar they can out of their guests..... Lightning Lanes.... Don't get me started, Walt would be turning in his grave, but as I said in my title if you've never experienced the past it'll still be a great..... If extremely expensive time. For myself after many visits it will be a while before I return and will definitely look to stay off property and well clear of that Disney bubble...... Or trap as I would call it..... A real shame

We went to Disney in 2017, and Ive spent eight years telling people how good it was. OMG how it has changed. The Disney experience is just so poor now. Customer service is non-existent, theres zero help for mobility impaired people (other than trying to sell you the hire of a mobility scooter) staff are argumentative, sarcastic and impolite. Prices are appalling, everything has quadrupled in price. $20 for a single Disney pin... The Disney dining plan was awful, cheap, nasty, unhealthy food. Do not go to Disney if you are disabled, they dont care and dont want you there! Both my partner and I are mobility impaired and I jumped through all their hoops with their DAS scheme, thinking I has done the right thing. I did the video calls, and at no point did anyone tell me we had failed their assessment, until we got to the parks. I had to waste two hours trying to get another video call to be put through to a supervisor who was so rude and unhelpful. They will not help you, we really struggled with queues, and all the walking. I wanted to find out exactly what had caused this total about-face, so spoke to quite a few Disney employees confidentially. It turns out that Disney have a new Chief Exec, who has the approach that it doesn't matter how much Disney charge, or how badly they treat their customers, because people will still keep coming. The thing is, he's right, unfortunately, and until people stop going they are going to continue this approach. The ability to rectify issues has been taken away from the resorts and the hotels and a callcentre now has to do video calls. The answer to everything is 'No'. In 2017 Disney fell over themselves to make sure younhad a great time and then you told everyone about it, the answer was 'Yes'. There were still some people there that went above and beyond, but by the time we found them, the whole holiday was tainted. We did the lot, all of the Disney parks, some more than once, and all of the Universal parks. Universal were amazing, they are out-Disneying Disney. Their customer service was brilliant, they couldn't do enough to help you have a great time. Their virtual queuing system is brilliant. Their new park, Epic, is stunning and OMG Stardust Racers is THE best Rollercoaster I have ever been on. Frankenstein was properly scary whilst also being awesome. If we were ever to go back to Orlando, we would stay in Universal, get a car and buy tickets to some of the Disney parks, we will not stay in a Disney resort ever again

  • Not at allworth the visit as these parks are too overcrowded and it doesn’t make for the ‘Happiest Place On Earth’.

This just ISN’T worth the cost anymore for the experience. In all honesty Disney does everything better than other parks except that now to get onto rides a family must walk around with eyes glued to mobile devices so that they can time opportunities to get on rides. Going on a vacation to leave these behind and interact together is what family vacations are about , however, if you don’t use them then you wait excessively long times in queues and don’t get onto the rides. Even doing this there are rides you will NEVER get on and those that must be paid as an extra to get into. There is simply to many people going to these parks even in so-called ‘slow seasons’ and the amount of mobility scooters where your trying to guess the disability is just astonishing (because they get preferential help onto the rides for them and their families). We stayed in a Disney hotel and had park hopper tickets for multiple days but ended up going outside of the Disney parks within a couple of days and forfeiting our extra days. As a person with a real disability (broken neck) there were Disney rides that I was unable to do but still often waited in line with my family and it was during these periods were I noticed a peculiar observation … none of the people waiting in line or those wandering around were smiling (some would smile after just leaving the ride but then you could see that they realised that they needed to rush to the next queues and then smile disappeared as they looked at their phone) … then once we left the Disney parks and started to go to outside opportunities I then again witnessed many many families that actually were having fun and smiling. Disney executives need to walk these parks and see that no one is smiling and that if some do the similes don’t last more than a couple of seconds and this IS because wait times are EXCESSIVE and there just isn’t enough activities for the incredible numbers of people who try to experience the Disney dream.

I’m afraid it’s all about the money now and not about the magic! They charge you $30 to park, the food is expensive, the merchandise is expensive and even after you’ve spent thousands to get in they don’t care whether you’ve sat in a queue for over an hour for no reason because a ride has yet again broken down! We won’t be returning as the whole experience is just not worth the money!

Beautiful experience, Hollywood Studios to see especially for Star Wars lovers, amazing sets, despite the heat. Magic Kingdom with all the Disney atmosphere guaranteed. Epcot for a cultural journey, Animal Kingdom for the little ones. If you want a complete experience it is to be seen. Book tickets in advance, highly recommended because they cost.
