This should be rebranded “Friends fan experience”. We were expecting to hear more about production and instead saw the outsides of buildings and were told what filmed in their previously. We also drove around the backlot and were told certain places had been dressed for other set locations but they weren’t now. Our tour guide seemed friendly but had an odd speaking affect which made him difficult to understand. While there were a few interesting things overall I don’t think it was worth either the time or the money. Unless you love Friends. And even then I’m still not sure it’s worth the price tag. Disappointing.

It's easy to book the same day. We expected it to be interesting but it was really good. Walking around backlot sets and seeing where movies and TV shows were made was fascinating. After the tour we spent a couple of hours in the museum and gift shop.

Fantastic tour, learned a lot . The back lots were fascinating to see how many different things can be done from one set.
