Great tour! Our tour guide (I think his name was Brett) was terrific and provided tons of behind-the-scenes information like which scene in Friends was shot on a particular street, etc. He was also super friendly and helpful. We took our time going through the self-guided parts of the tour and it took us about 2.5 hours. We were in the first tour group of the day in before it got crowded so we might have made our way through things faster than some. Remember, this is a true studio tour - no theme rides so if you're looking for rides, go up the hill to Universal. At the WB tour, you see lots of interesting things, pick up a few movie or TV trivia facts and have a great time. I highly recommend!

The tour was amazing. We got to see the Friends set and other set pieces from shows like Big Bang theory, Abbott elementary, and Gilmore Girls. We honestly thought we would just do the 1 hour guided tour and spend about a half hour exploring alone but we stayed for about 3 hours because it was that good. There was so much to see and it was a really fantastic experience. Also, shout out to Anthony for the guided portion of the tour. He was incredible! One thing to note is that the online ticket time for the standard tour is for a 30-minute entry window with tours leaving every 10 minutes. So we were a bit worried because we were running late but there was no issue at all and we were able to get right on the next one. The one thing I wish they would do different is to include more of their animated works on the tour, but I don't know how that would work logistically so I'm not docking any points for it.

Way OVERPRICED for what you get. Very disappointed for the price I thought we had to be getting something. Pretty boring. Ride around with guide for unscripted tour. So basically based on passenger questions. Got to see props and set from Friends. Would not go again or recommend unless it was priced around $30.

Highly recommend this tour! The tour and the hands-on activities far exceeded our expectations. We anticipated spending about two hours but ended up staying twice that long because it was so much fun and so interactive. Our family group ranged in age from 12 to 78, and there was something for everyone. We participated in the standard tour and the value far exceeded the cost. Parking on site is easy in a typical vehicle. We were in a high top van rental, and easily found on street parking nearby. Tour groups were kept relatively small. Our tour guide’s excitement and expertise were excellent.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable and had great energy! Some highlights for us were being to see the facade for Abbott elementary and seeing where they film Georgie and Mandy

Once in a lifetime adventure. The price is high but the amount of things you can do is endless. I was fortunet enough to be there when there were not that many people so the atmosphere was superb. The staff is top-notch and I wish I was with my family as this is surely more enjoyable with friends and family than solo but all in all I had a great time.

You can't possibly see everything within a couple of hours if you like to take photos. They give you free time at the beginning to roam before getting in your tour group. So many photo ops. The best parts for me were the stops at Friends Central Perk Cafe, Big Bang Theory, and Harry Potter. They take a couple of photos for you with your own phone, but the remaining pictures are available for purchase (digital and print). There was so much to see and learn. The tours were behind held conducted simultaneously but they divided people up into smaller tour groups, so it didn't feel crowded at all. My daughter and son-in-law had taken this tour before but only took two hours. We were there for over 5 hours! It was pretty cool learning about movie magic.
