Much better than expected! You get a chance to visit sets, an active soundstage, lots of history, and a Central Perk/Friends themed cafe. Tour ends with a cool production exhibit, DC exhibit, and Harry Potter exhibit. You will be there at least 3-4 hours, maybe more if you linger at the exhibits.

This was my second time doing the tour. I previously did it 8 years ago. It is one of my absolute favorite things to do. They had the Friends fountain & the apartment from Big Bang Theory set up to take pictures. The Sorting Hat from Harry Potter was there as well. I would definitely go again if presented with the opportunity

We booked the 10am tour but they have tours starting every 10min so anytime they are open you can use your tickets! Ken was our tour guide and he was awesome! Very informative and with his past videography in the movie business experience, he was able to tell us a lot of things that I feel other guides would not have been able to and his enthusiasm for his job and the people he was showing around really made the tour that much better!

Family of 4, incl 2 teenage boys vising from NZ. Didn't know what to expect when coming to the tour, however we were very impressed at the end! We spent a very enjoyable few hours here, starting with the tour around the lot. Really glad the tour carts are small, so each tour is very personalised. Tour guide informative and you have time to get out and take photos and ask questions. Very interesting to see inside a working sitcom set and drama set. After the tour you are dropped at 'Central Perk' cafe where you can buy refreshments and food and sit down in the Friends themed cafe. There is also a walk through area with tv and film memorabilia and the Friends and Big Bang Theory set where you can sit and get a photo taken. Lots of other interactive things to see and do.

The tour was very boring. They showed you some places that were used during filming but the rest was just looking at exhibits from movies.
