they should know what they want to see to know where to stop. 1 day is not enough, so do your homework.

The wait time for the trolleys can be long. We had to walk about 1/4 mile to another stop as the one we wanted (1st one) was not available at the time. Then we waited for about 45 minutes to an hour for a trolley as 2 full ones stopped by. The planning by the part of the company itself was not sufficient

We went to the beginning, told to go to stop 2, waited almost an hour for trolley to come. When we got to the last stop we wanted to do, they told us be there by 4 pm to get the trolley. We were there at 3:30. Two full trolleys came and then not another trolley came. We were left stranded because now it was after 4 pm. There were about 15 people there waiting for that trolley. We had to find our own way back.

Really good experience overall. The drivers that we had were excellent and very knowledgeable. The only lightweight criticism I have is the initial hop on point was not very clearly identified and we were several miles away, but it worked out as we happened upon The National Law Enforcement Memorial which was on my list. Once we figured out the hop on/hop off logistics, the rest of the tour was great. I would definitely recommend it to friends and we and would do it again.

Rode two separate buses and enjoyed the ongoing discussion of the DC area. Both drivers were interesting and fun to ride with.

It’s amazing! Plan on spending the entire day enjoying the sites and stories of DC. We enjoyed lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe as well.

The location signs were hard to find or not there! Many of the stops people who were waiting were left behind because the bus was full.

The tour guides we had were good, informative and fun. The only issue we had was getting someone who had a wheelchair on to a trolley at stops. At the Lincoln memorial, we had a ton of people rush on ahead of us making no room for our wheelchair to get on. The driver was extremely rude to us when we asked when the next accessible trolley would be available. After asking three times, getting no answer, he rudely told us to back up, he had to go. If you have anyone in your group who is dependent on a wheelchair, this is not the trolley service for you.

You really need to have time to get off at stops to see the attractions. Hard to see from the trolley. Missed out on stops because of the wrestling match and 4th of July celebrations. It was probably just a bad day to take the tour.

It was an easy, relaxing tour. Our driver was friendly and funny. He made sure we could get good picture taking views of the sights.
