Some of the stops were cancelled due to the July 4th closure on some roads. Of course because everything was blocked off it was impossible to find a stop and it a was 102° so u can imagine walking trying to find them. Finally I found it & show them my ticket while parked & he says "this isnt a stop". I was flabbergasted. It was too hot to even debate him. I ended up just walking to all of the stops and stopping in for water and air condition. Maybe the service is decent but the way I was treated, along with the stops being cancelled ,ill never book with them again.

The most memorable was the Arlington tour. I got out of the tour exactly what I wanted. The time of the stops was perfect. I would recommend that drivers explain a little more about what you can see on a particular stop. We hopped off at a stop that was much farther away from what we wanted to see than what we expected and ended up having to go back where we hopped off which was difficult to walk for older people only to find out had we stay on the trolley for one more sop we would have been exactly where we wanted to be. The maps are not easy to read. It’s difficult to determine where you actually are. We were unable to find any way to determine where we were and most people were not helpful. It was a bit unpleasant. I would recommend that one not be timid and keep asking questions.

It was very difficult to get to any point on the trolley unless you were at the starting point at Union Station. I tried but couldn’t get on so never did connect with my tour. Very disappointing to waste that money.

The trip is very thorough, but it is difficult to find the stops sometimes. We missed a trolley at the Smithsonian stop because we couldn’t figure out where the stop actually was. Fortunately, the next trolley stopped when we waved it down though we still weren’t at the official stop.

We were able to catch our trolley across the street from the hotel we were staying at. The drivers were very friendly, and funny, each gave a different narrative of the drive which made it fun to see how each driver personalized the route.

Some confusion on pickup spots. But this could have been due to road closures. Did this tour to cut down on walking. Still a lot of walking

It took a long time to load and unload people at the stops. The Arlington National Cemetery you are unable to see the major things without getting off and walking to the sites. And then you have to wait for the next shuttle (20 min or so). It took forever. We had several different drivers because of the process, with some beginning much better than others. The DC City tour (which was part of the same ticket) was good. Our last driver was awesome.
