Took extra money to add Arlington cemetary, knowing we didn't have time left in the day to make it there and back!

I wouldn't do it again. We stopped at stop #3 the Capital Building and waited about an hour for the next bus. We watched 2 busses pass us by. That was an hour thrown away. Perhaps those busses were full. Which means they need more busses.

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company during our recent tour on the Old Town Trolley. Our experience was far from what we expected and left us extremely disappointed. Firstly, the trolleys were consistently full, making it impossible to board at each stop. This resulted in our wait times doubling, which significantly disrupted our plans for the day. Additionally, we were not informed that the Spy Museum stop was closed. We waited for 40 minutes before contacting your office, only to find out that the stop was not in service. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Furthermore, there were no signs indicating where to wait for the trolley at Lincoln Memorial. We asked an Arlingron tour driver for directions and were pointed to the wrong spot. Consequently, we missed the trolley and had to wait for another hour. As a result of these issues, we only managed to see two attractions today. We are extremely disappointed, especially considering we spent $300 dollars for a bus ride that lasted a mere 20 minutes in total.

The trolley was not running on schedule. We waited over an hour at one stop before finally getting on a trolley. One passed by because it was a “training” trolley. Then the next one didn’t have enough open seats to accommodate our group. By the time we finally got on a trolley, we were too afraid to get off at another stop. It was a very disappointing experience

Once you find the first stop (we started our tour at the White House stop), it's very convenient. Starting at Union station is easy, for those who are worried about finding a starting point. Once you get dropped off, you know where to meet back and what time to be there. We never had to wait long. Even though there isn't much time between some stops, the drivers (we had 4 total) did a great job sharing info and jokes. Everyone in our group learned something new. If I was hosting friends who hadn't been to DC, I would certainly suggest Hop on Hop Off as an option.
