It was just ok. They had like 3 stops closed. Which they dont tell u until your on the bus. They take out the windows i guess so u can see better.. which was horrible when it started to rain. And the big bus uses a recording to tell u stuff.. this one uses the driver.. so each driver is telling u different stuff. And they wouldnt let us reschedule even because i called in 20 hours before instead of 24 hours. So 2 of our tickets werent even used. The big bus is a lot better.

Fully 25% of the stops were not available for our reservation. We were not notified of these eliminations until AFTER we paid for our nonrefundable tickets. Two of the attractions were consecutive and were the two we wanted for hop-off. Thus, on a 95 degree sunny day, we opted to rent bikes rather than walk in the heat and humidity. We did not use the Trolley at all. Very disappointing. Never again.

Good for doing the whole tour first and then going back on the second pass to your favorite spots works well.

We weren’t notified until the morning of the tour that there would be a limited number of stops, even though the company clearly knew the day before when we bought the tickets. Text link morning of told us to go to a stop that didn’t exist. Chat bot was worthless. Phone call didn’t work. Driver/tour guide was great. So was what we saw—but go less than half of what we paid for.

Drivers were very informed and versed about the historic sites. Worked well with last minute changes due to traffic. The Banker and Jaquan were great thanks for a job well done this proves DC’s professionalism is outstanding.
