Ken was professional and knowledgeable, he made the experience effortless and comfortable for everyone! He was great at navigating traffic and crowds during a very busy tourist week. Definitely the best way to see several memorials in one evening. Highly recommend! We’ll book with Heart of DC Tours again on our next trip!

If you’re short on time and don’t have a car, this is a great way to see all the monuments. We enjoyed some light commentary along the way and had opportunities to hop off for photos. Naturally, as it got darker, the picture quality wasn’t as good, but overall we were very happy with this option. Dustin was a good driver and we appreciated his insight.

After getting out to the memorials, I was SOOO glad I didn’t book with one of those giant bus tours! When it got chilly later in the evening I was also really thankful I hadn’t booked an open air tour. I only had one evening free in DC and this tour was perfect. Covered a lot of ground in just enough detail to appreciate each site, but not so in depth that it got boring or dragged on. So glad I paid a few extra dollars for a smaller tour group. Well worth it!

This was the perfect tour of the Memorials/Monuments. It was a small tour in a comfortable van, which allowed you to quickly travel between spots and easily get on and off. Our guide, Ken, was very informative and friendly and even dropped us at the Metro at the end of the tour. I highly recommend this tour!!

Have always wanted to do this after several trips to DC and finally pulled the trigger. Tour was excellent. Guide was super knowledgeable, polite and fun. We were in a small van vs a large bus (like the rest of the tours during cherry blossom time). It was my wife and daughter’s first time to DC - great way to see the highlights. Only bummer was the WWII Memorial without water (still down from winter) is ho-hum.

The four of us had a great tour with Reed as our guide and Tyrone as the driver. Reed is extremely knowledgeable about the history of DC and the monuments. The time allotted for each stop was just right. The night tour is always my favorite, and in the glass top van it was even better!
