Water Taxi captains and crew will tell you where the best places to shop, eat, and play are! As well as share facts about the gorgeous homes, yachts and South Florida history. Board from any of our Stops, boats arrive 35 - 45 minutes apart from each stop.

NOTE: Hollywood Express boats depart from stop H1 at 10am/12pm/2pm/4pm/6pm/8pm

We purchased 5 tickets and were told if ferry was full we could get full refund. Ferry was full and we called. They never called us back after two calls and no refunds was issued. Of course we are disputing it on credit card but why should we have to since we were told a credit would be issued. Sad. Do something else instead of dealing with a dishonest company

Make sure to have the proper website and book a day in advance. The scheduling of individual ports was a little confucing at first. Via, make sure you will be at the proper port to be able to get yourself back to your port you disembarked from.

The Water Taxi was confusing, Stops aren’t marked, schedule was wonky, kept hitting stops that weren’t in order. We could never find a website that didn’t include ads for travel sites that answers questions. If we hadn’t asked people who worked in the area of stops, we would never have found them. We were using rideshare, had to go to 3 different stops as listed on Water Taxi map to find someone who knew where to get the boat. Tour was fine. You have to connect to another taxi to get to Hollywood/Margaritaville, which wasn’t clear from info I had. Boat captain got frustrated with tour guide and yelled at him twice. Probably wouldn’t do this again.

I've done the Water Taxi at least 5 years in a row, such a fun way to see the city and great information. We did have an issue last year with a boat, that day it was not handled great, but every business is going to have an off day and things happen. I had spoken with Greg the manager the following day and he was great, issued the appropriate refund and encouraged us to return in the future. While in FLL this year, we reached out to book our trip as was promised, I did not speak with Greg right away and initially was denied the trip, as I had not followed up. Fortunately, Alisa followed up with Greg and called me back (that was totally unexpected and appreciated) to honor the trip! Not only is it a great way to spend the day, with knowledgeable guides and Captains, but the back-end operations and customer service is doing the right thing as well! Thanks to Alisa and Greg!

This is an awesome experience, you get to get off at any one of the stops to experience what is offered at that location and when done just get back on. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful

We loved seeing the beautiful homes and yachts. The captains are all very knowledgeable and gave us great information on the water and about the stops. We only stopped twice at the 15th street fishery. Great meal and feeding the jack fish and tarpons was a lot of fun. We also stopped at stop one for the river walk. Beautiful.
