We propose a water taxi to Signal island, specially made for cruisers. We pick up you directly at the cruise ship terminal.

This tour is reserved for people under 70 years old and in good physical condition. It's a physical inflatable bumpy boat ride to go to the Island. You will snorkel by your own means. No guide, just personal instructions given by the skipper.

What To Expect
Water Taxi Schedule 8:00 AM → Return 11:00 AM 8:30 AM → Return 11:30 AM 9:30 AM → Return 1:30 PM 10:30 AM → Return 2:30 PM 11:30 AM → Return 3:30 PM 3:00 PM → Return 5:45 PM Tour Information Departure from the City Cruise Ship Terminal to Signal Island. This tour is for guests under 80 years old and in very good physical condition. The ride is on an inflatable speedboat and can be bumpy. Guests must be able to walk unassisted and have no lower back issues. On Signal Island, enjoy about 2.5 hours on the island (depending on departure time). Relax on white sand beaches and snorkel independently with turtles and colorful marine life along coral reefs. Snorkeling gear can be provided if needed. ⚠️ Turtle sightings are not guaranteed and depend on weather and snorkeling ability. Schedules may change based on availability and cruise ship docking times.

3.00The water was beautiful but was disappointed in the snorkeling. Very little to see in the water. Getting in and out of the boat to get there was very difficult and it felt unsafe. Need another person to help with getting in and out of the boat safely

5.00Arrived by cruise ship in Noumea. Easy shuttle bus to main tourist port where we easily checked in for our tour. Enjoyed the local market upstairs whilst waiting for our timeslot. Water taxi was super quick to Signal Island. Skipper ensured we knew rules about the Island and ensured our safety..we loved the snorkelling out beyond the end of the jetty where it gets deeper. Walk around the Island was relaxing. Would be fantastic if more shade shelters could be build in keeping with the environment. Only flaw was we couldn't change our return timeslot so we could snorkel a.couole.more hours :( Highly recommend 👌

2.00The reef is mostly dead and damaged from overuse. We saw a couple sea turtles, a sea snake and some fish. The “guide” (really just a guy handing out the equipment) was not personable or helpful in navigating the reef.

5.00Was exactly how the experience was described. It was a rainy miserable day but didn’t ruin our time all. Keep in mind there is no food, drink or toilets on the island. Everyone is was really lovely and saw soooo many turtles. Highly recommend.

5.00Well Organised. Easy to find tour operator. Fun boat transfer. Small uninhabited island with a protected reef off -shore. Snorkelling gear supplied. Pristine water. Lots of Colourful fish & we were lucky enough to see 2 x turtles, 1 x sea snake & sea cucumbers 🐠🐟🐡 Highly recommend for people who respect nature.

4.00Snorkelling on the island was great but was disappointed to see people standing on the reef and not being told off, when everyone was told not to and you can see where it has died due to tourist. The only thing would say is we had booked to leave at 9am but moved to 930am departure and brought back from island at 12:10pm, so not a true 4 hr tour

5.00What an amazing experience. From booking to return everything was seamless. Quite the most incredible scenery anywhere in the world. Don’t hesitate, just go. We swam with multiple turtles for over an hour. Close enough to touch.
