5.00It was so close to my hotel. The place was so clean and fun. Love that all purchase was able to be done on a wrist band that made it convenient for us not to lose our wallets or for our cash to get wet. The staff was so pleasant.

1.00The waterpark is great. However the transfer provider was terrible. Would just recommend buying the water park tickets and getting a Uber, rather than using this over priced service. On arrival to the park after a 1.5hr drive. We were informed we only had 3hours in the park and would have to pay extra if we wanted to stay longer or arrange our own way back.

5.00The voucher for the Waterbom Park was useful to purchase in advance. If I went again I'd also pre purchase a cabana as its busy in high season and its nice to have someone to relax in. the shade.

5.00Today, Eno was our driver, taking us back and forth from waterbomb park. He was friendly, punctual and did an extremely professional job. I would certainly recommend his services if you need to travel around in Bali.

4.00The waterpark was absolutely amazing, we went on a rainy day and Id say its the best day to go by far. I had a bit of trouble getting in but this was a fault on Viators side with the booking ticket codes and app limitations.

5.00Waterboom Bali is hands down the best waterpark I’ve ever been to. 90% of the rides are true thrill rides from body slides to tube rides. They have a great mix and selection of rides to choose from. The park itself is state of the art and very clean. The lazy river has a realistic feeling like you are floating through the jungle. All in all it’s a fantastic park and definitely worth visiting.

5.00My new favourite water park! Virtually no queues, great rides and great food. Plenty sun loungers available too! Love the wristband for purchasing items - it's so much easier than having to go back to your locker for cash.
The driver harassed me (solo female traveler) and it was terrifying. Avoid.

1.00The driver harassed me (solo female traveler) and it was scary— see the last picture for the interaction. This experience was ruined by the horrible experience with the driver— I’ve included screenshots of our conversations. First, when the driver picked me up, he drove in the opposite direction to pick up food for himself and left me in the car. It took an hour to get to the water park when it was only 20 min away from my hotel. I told him that I would like to get picked up at 4pm and he said that due to other jobs he can only come at 2pm, which would leave me with only 3 hours at the park. When I kindly let the travel company know, while I was in the park , he proceeded to harass and yell at me. See screenshots below. It made me very afraid, especially because he knew where I was staying. I believe the travel agency handled this badly— they said they’ll handle it and let the driver know to come later. But since the situation escalated, Every single female traveler knows to not to get into a car with an angry driver in a foreign country by herself. They didn’t offer another driver until I had already found my own. They did not offer me a refund. Being harassed by an angry man in a foreign country is the worst nightmare for every single solo female traveler. I am not someone to give bad reviews unless I absolutely need to to warn other people. I had other trips that went very well that I gave fair 5 stars to, but this is an exception. I do NOT recommend for solo female travelers (or families with children)… this was scary. There was also some issues getting into the park with the booking. The water park itself is fun but please just get a car service or ride there and book ticket on your own. The private transfer for this is not worth it and I felt unsafe and afraid. I’ve included screenshots of conversation with the driver and Bali Sun tours on what’sapp for reference. The last photo is with the driver and that interaction speaks for itself…
