The difficulty of the tour is high, you will have to be able to, swim, climb stairs, hike for about 15 minutes, you will get completely wet, so will your clothes and shoes, so we recommend you come with a sense of adventure

What To Expect
The Vista Los Suenos Canyoning offers an exhilarating adventure that combines elements of hiking, technical rappelling, and swimming in the natural landscapes of Costa Rica. Prepare to be awestruck as you navigate through the canyon, encountering a series of pristine waterfalls of varying heights. Rappel down vertical rock faces, feeling the cool mist from the cascading water on your skin. The journey begins with professional guides that equip you with safety gear, including a helmet, harness, and specialized rappelling equipment. Prepare for a 15-minute tractor ride in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. You will then take a 10 to 15-minute scenic hike through dense foliage. During this hike, you will find some steep areas as well as some steps. Upon arrival at the first decent, you will get all the safety instructions and start with our first rappel into the canyon, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Enjoy three waterfall descents, with the highest being more than 6 meters. This adventure will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and memories of an adrenaline-fueled exploration of Costa Rica’s stunning natural wonders.

5.00I loved every moment of this activity and was the highlight of my trip! Was very nerve wrecking but also felt safe and so glad I tried it! My friends that came with me were afraid to try this so I went by myself and joined another group of 3 from France. We had amazing George and another amazing guide that I can’t remember the name of. My only regret is that I did not get a chance to tip while trying to get changes, I couldn’t find them anymore and had to leave because my transport was about to leave. Deep thank you to our amazing guides!!

5.00We did the Extreme Canyoning tour with Wilson, George and Ronald. Although kind of intimidating at first, the guides did a great job of telling you what to do and making you feel confident. They also had a sense of humor, keeping safety in mind at all times. This tour was the highlight of our trip. The lunch that came with the tour was great with generous portions. Facilities were very nice. Lockers were included to store our belongings. Professional operation all around. Would use this company again for sure.

5.00George, Wilson, and Ronald were fantastic guides! This was so thrilling, yet at no point was it unsafe. My family got a private tour as no one else signed up that morning, and we had an amazing experience. My teenage daughters couldn't believe what they were getting to do. Wilson took my daughters phone and took some of the best photos and videos of our vacation. They were all so kind, funny, and had a focus on safety. If you have a bit of an adventurous spirit, do not skip this!
Canyoning was a lot of fun!

5.00We had a lot of fun canyoning with George, Wilson and Eric as our friendly and very capable guides. Several rappels down falls, a couple of jumps into deep spots, some short slides down rocks into water and great videos and photos taken with our phone by the guides made for a great morning! There were just 3 of us in the group, so we zipped through the course very quickly. There is a quite steep hike up (15 min or so) at the beginning, so just be aware of that if you have health/mobility issues. I would highly recommend this tour if you are adventurous and don't mind getting wet. Bring a go pro or phone in a dry bag to capture the action.
