This 9-hour personal guided tour is a full action packed day of outdoor adventure at its best. Enjoy a scenic drive past Nanaimo to the Coombs area where you will experience some of Vancouver Island's best scenery. Visit the Englishman River Falls and take a short hike up and down the falls to capture some exciting photos. You'll also stop at the country village of Coombs, the Little Qualicum Falls, and Cathedral Grove, an enchanting rain forest with some of the oldest trees on the island dating back over 500 years old.

What To Expect
Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park
We will hike for a minimum of 20-30 min at this location. If the guests want a longer hike we can hike an hour around the upper and lower falls.
Englishman River Falls Provincial Park
We will take a short hike to the waterfall and do a short hike around the area

5.00Despite a cold & overcast day, the owner of Surfside Adventure Tours took us for a delightful drive north to see lesser & more interesting places the big tour operators miss (lookouts etc). We had time to walk in forests & see rushing waterfalls plus coastal inlets all with a few comfort breaks & no rushing lunch. The operator had hand sanitiser on board so forget the C-virus & come to Vancouver Island!
