In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk tuk.
Tuk tuks don't have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
Tours are designed to take the indicated route, and make a series of stop/s already preset, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the photo stops.
The vehicles are suitable for the elderly, and our drivers will assist them with boarding if necessary.
Due to local regulations, the tour covers the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views not available on foot.

Ponte 25 de Abril
Enjoy the ride along the Tagus River and the view of 25th April Bridge, inaugurated in 1966. It is often compared to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (USA) because they are both suspension bridges of similar colour.
In no other place in the world, you can try Pastéis de Belém. It's a trademark and the original custard tart, from which all others Pastéis de Nata derive from. Invented by the monks who lived in Hieronymites Monastery, Pastéis de Belém are cooked in this pastry shop since 1837. With us, you skip the long line.

2.00We booked the Welcome to Belem Tour and received the customary confirmations and meeting place instructions. We were introduced to our guide who was very nice but after awhile we were wondering when we were going to see the attractions that were listed as part of the Belem tour. At that point our guide said that he wasn’t qualified to give us that tour and said that we had been assigned to him mistakenly. He was apologetic but at that point there wasn’t anything we could do about it.

5.00Arthur was exceptional, very informative from a boots-on-the ground today's experience with a historical background context, insightful, helpful, engaging, patient, considerate, and no need for a microphone with solid English skills which helped us out greatly - exactly what we were looking for in our private tour. And the Tuk Tuk was immaculate, like new - very quiet unlike the others we have experienced, highly recommend.

5.00In time and place combined our driver André arrived. He drove calmly and very carefully.. as we advanced he was describing the places .. stopped at the Pastels of Bethlehem, the Tower of Bethlehem and the Pattern of Discoveries! We had a great tour and we knew various sights of Lisbon
