Eco Tuk Tuk offers you a 120-minute drive through Madrid. A contact with the capital of Spain where you can see the most relevant areas of the city and discover its secrets. It’s a perfect way to get a broad idea of everything you can enjoy in the city on your travel days.

In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email ([email protected]) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

1.00Not worth it. Booked the 2 hour tour. We drove by a lot of places but didn’t get to and enjoy any, except for the park. Our guide wasn’t that informative and the kids got bored. We did a similar tour in Lisbon and made 5 or 6 stops to really get a feel for some of the big sights.

5.00This was a great overview tour for our first day in Madrid. The tuktuk was comfortable and warm, and Alejandro was a wonderful guide. By the end of the 2 hours, we knew about the new and the old parts of the city, the major landmarks, and the neighborhoods we want to re-visit while we’re here. 5 stars

4.00If you are just getting to Madrid, this is a great way to get your bearings of the tourist area of the city. Our guide gave us great info, restaurant advice and more. Then, we went back on foot to many of the places he recommended. This was a fun way to spend time. We did a 10am tour in mid March.
Take this on day 1 in Madrid.

5.00Highly recommended. Take this tour on day one of your trip. Finding the meet-up location was a breeze. They provided verbal directions, sent a photo, and also provided a YouTube video. Our guide, Laura, was extremely knowledgeable, fun, energetic. She was also a very skillful driver and had several on-call options available, which allowed us to flex according to the traffic conditions and our preferences. I’ve taken the 1-hr tour before on a previous trip— it was a very quick overview and if that’s all you have time for, take it. However, this time we took the 3-hour tour and it was absolutely worth it. We covered more ground in three hours than we could have done on foot in days, and we were able to flag places we were interested in going back to. Thanks, Laura!
