Eco Tuk Tuk offers you a 120-minute drive through Madrid. A contact with the capital of Spain where you can see the most relevant areas of the city and discover its secrets. It’s a perfect way to get a broad idea of everything you can enjoy in the city on your travel days.

In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email ([email protected]) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

4.00We had a very informative hour long tour with our guide, Manuel. We were a little late since we had a hard time finding the meeting location. Go underneath the main area in front of the palace (not the sides). The one thing that would have made the tour even better would have been a preprinted map of the route he took. Manuel pointed out a bunch of places we wanted to go back and visit on foot, but due to all the information he gave us and the speed he drove, we (there were 3 of us) all had information overload by the end of the tour. If we were hand a map of the route he was taking, we could have had an easier idea of where we drove by and what we wanted to go back and check out.

5.00Absolutely fantastic way to see Madrid, the tour was excellent. Our guide Laura was 10 out of 10 brilliant. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and was a great driver. She loves the city and her enthusiasm is contagious. We fell in love with Madrid. I would recommend this tour to everyone visiting. Excellent!

5.00Our guide Laura was 10 out of 10 brilliant. We were a group of all women and it was great to have her as a guide, we learned so much and completely fell in love with Madrid. She was so knowledgeable and you could tell how much she loved the city. We had a brilliant day out and loved every minute of our tour. She was also a great driver. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again. Excellent!

5.00Because I was doing the tour in the winter, I was afraid of getting cold, but the tuk tuk has hood and blankets, so the temperature was nice. In addition, the guide Manuel was good, explaining the history of the places and monuments we passed. I did the tour in English, because this company did not have a guide in Portuguese, I was able to understand everything. I found the access a little confusing to arrive, so I recommend going to the place at least about 20 minutes in advance. I really liked it and recommend the trip! As a point to improve, I think there could be more stops for photos. I did the 2h tour and only stopped once for photos. The rest, I shot with the tuk tuk in motion right as I was passing through the locations.

5.00This was a great way to get an overview in Madrid on our first day and our guide was very nice. The tour seems very coordinated as we were near one of their other vehicles several times. That is to say that there was only one stop to get out at the end (we had done a golf cart tour in another large city where there was lots of getting in and out). This is not a criticism but just something to be aware of. No photo stops until the end. A few other things to be aware of are that the tuktuk rides on the same roads as cars, even major roads. So it can get up some speed. As a result, dress warmly in the winter! Also the company sent very detailed instructions about where to find them but it is still rather tricky so leave yourself a few extra minutes.

5.00This was a really fun and enjoyable way to see the city. The ride was comfortable and the guide was friendly and informative, pointing out many interesting places and sharing facts along the way. We covered a lot of Madrid in a short time, which was great. It was a nice way to get an overview of the city and enjoy the experience. I’d recommend it, especially if you want a relaxed sightseeing tour without too much walking.
