Eco Tuk Tuk offers you a 120-minute drive through Madrid. A contact with the capital of Spain where you can see the most relevant areas of the city and discover its secrets. It’s a perfect way to get a broad idea of everything you can enjoy in the city on your travel days.

In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email ([email protected]) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We had a fantastic private tuk-tuk tour with Laura and would highly recommend it. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to point out all the key places we needed to see, while also tailoring the experience to our interests. We stopped at great photo spots whenever it made sense, and when I mentioned that my group were “green thumbs,” she immediately suggested a botanical garden and was kind enough to fit in a quick stop since we had time. That level of thoughtfulness really made the tour feel personal. Laura was also super flexible and helpful throughout. She offered to drop us off along the route so we could explore longer on our own, which we really appreciated since it saved us from having to walk back uphill later. Communication was seamless via WhatsApp, with quick and very clear responses. Even with a last-minute meeting point change due to street closures from a visit by the King of Portugal, she handled everything smoothly and sent a clear Google Maps pin with the updated check-in location. Overall, extremely organized, safe driving, and a genuinely great experience. Would absolutely book again.

5.00We decided to book this tour sort of last minute on our last full day in Madrid. We weren't planning on doing any tours, but after almost a week here we felt that there was just too much of the city we hadn't seen, so this was the perfect solution (Although in hindsight I recommend doing this early on your visit). The fee was very reasonable for a two hour tour comp as red to other tuk tuk tours we have taken in Europe considering it was a private tour. Communication with the tour operator was excellent. They quickly confirmed our tour, orovided extremely detailed info on the meeting point, and answered all of our questions. Our guide, Silvia Maria was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very concerned about our level of comfort and our enjoyment of our tour. Her enthusiasm for this beautiful city was contagious. If I had one complaint (and it was relatively minor), the microphone was not working. Silvia tried her best to compensate by soeaking loudly, but at some points it was difficult to hear, particularly when on busy streets.

4.00We really liked our guide, Mariona, but the tour itself was not our favorite. It was impossible to see many of the buildings and sites because the tub tuk cover blocked our view. We did enjoy the 2 stops as the park and the rose garden were both beautiful.
