Your West Maui Snorkel adventure departs from Kaanapali Beach. Along the way keep your eyes open for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, bottle nose dolphins and during the winter months you can experience the humpback whales that migrate from Alaska to our Maui waters. The Captain will determine the best sites to visit that day based upon current water conditions. Once in the water, you will observe beautiful tropical fish, honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles), vibrant reef, and hopefully some other wildlife surprises. Then after our second location, back on board you will enjoy a buffet lunch and will be offered access to our premium beers, hand crafted cocktails and other libations as we take a leisurely cruise back to Ka’anapali Beach.

5.00Sea Maui snorkel and whale watching tour was AMAZING! We had such a wonderful time, and the crew on Sea Maui took care of our every need. The crew was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fun and caring. The food was delicious! The snorkel equipment was top notch. Clean and easy to use. WOW - everything we got to see on this tour. The coral reef and all of its inhabitants - fish, turtles, small sharks and more. The Whales! What a sight. Thank you Sea Maui - this is a memory we will look back on with joy for the rest of our lives.

5.00We did a half day snorkel trip up to Honolua Bay on the Sea Maui II. I have hiked in many of times and snorkeled at Honolua Bay, but must say doing it off the catamaran was amazing. Great all women captain and crew with breakfast and lunch and open bar.

5.00My family and I had a wonderful snorkel excursion with Sea Maui. We saw many whales, a breach right beside the boat, flying fish, dolphin and of course many sea turtles. Snorkeling was generous 1.5 hours and the water was calm and clear. Crew were all personable and helpful. We tipped extra well because the wind took my hat on a quick journey straight to the ocean. The captain and crew immediately slowed the craft and backed up and fished my hat out of the ocean. THAT was unexpected and impressive (and showed their commitment to ocean protection and preventing unnecessary ocean litter). Open bar, good food and great company. Definitely recommend this tour :)

5.00We had the best time on this outing. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The boat wasn't too crowded which was great. The weather was perfect. I can't even comment on the fees because I don't remember what we paid but whatever it was, it was well worth it. We could have stayed out here all day. The whales were everywhere. Just an all around enjoyable day.

5.00This was the 1/2 day snorkeling trip, but we were whale watching more than 1/2 the time too! The snorkeling was amazing. But, the whale watching was pure GOLD! We saw 10-15 whales, saw 20-25 full whale tail sightings, and 4-5 full whale breaches! Absolutely unbelievable!!! FAR exceeded our expectations!

5.00This was the 1/2 day snorkeling trip, but included more than half the time whale watching! It was amazing!!! The snorkeling was spectacular. But the whale watching was pure gold! We saw 10-15 whales and had more than 25 full whale tail sightings, plus 4-5 full whale breaches! Seeing whales jump out of the water!!!! Not just once, but 4-5 times! The drinks were great, the food was far better than expected. Overall, a MUST-DO for anyone, any age.
