2.00I would not recommend London Strides. The experience was disappointing from the start. The provided audio guides did not work for anyone in the group, and the guide spent the first 20 minutes attempting to fix them before ultimately giving up. Unfortunately, without the audio system, it was very difficult to hear the guide, as she spoke quite softly. Unless you were standing within a few feet of her, it was nearly impossible to follow along. As a result, much of the tour was spent standing still in a tight group trying to hear her, rather than actively exploring Westminster Abbey. After about two hours, we were given the option to leave early, which we chose to do, as continuing for another two hours under the same conditions did not seem worthwhile. Additionally, one of my children became ill and was unable to attend, so my husband had to stay behind. I requested a cancellation the day before, but because it was within the 24-hour window, no refund was offered. There was also no compensation or acknowledgment regarding the poor quality of the tour itself. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and disappointing, and I cannot recommend this money hungry company to anyone.

5.00We only received a 3 hour tour which was wonderful! And the guide was very informative but our tour ended after 3 hours ! We did not end at Piccadilly Square.

2.00Audio devices were non-functional. Several members of the tour became very frustrated as the guide's narration was impossible to follow due to static noise. Ultimately, we departed mid-way through the tour.

5.00Learned about the history of Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and Big Ben. Plus, so much history and backstory on the Royal Family. Our guide, Paul Trudgian, was top-notch! So energetic and really brought the history to life. 10/10. Would highly recommend!
