On this tour with a small group on board our friendly and experienced crew will welcome you and take you from Puerto Colon straight to discovering the wonderful world of the whales and dolphins swimming freely in their natural habitat around the coast.You can then relax on our spacious sundecks and fly-bridge and enjoy a wonderful selection of drinks, fruit, snacks, tapas and more. You can just soak up the sun in front of the beautiful mountains of Tenerife.

Pick up and return to your hotel on request. Please note there is no pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz or the north of the island. Pick-up is available in the South of Tenerife. Please request your pick-up a minimum of 24 hours prior to your departure.

Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Life-vests available for all passangers.
Sighting of the cetaseos and surrounding wildlife is extremely common however it is not guaranteed.

What To Expect
This is a 3 hour tour dedicated to searching and accompanying the cetaseos with plenty of opportunities for observation and photos. Drinks and food will be served throughout the majority of the tour. We will finish the tour with a relaxing sail close to the south coast with amazing views of the mountains and surrounding beaches.

Nice afternoon whale watching

5.00My first booking had to be moved due to a very windy day and when the next day was also quite windy I did think it might be cancelled but it all went ahead. You are picked up at your hotel and taken to the boat. From there we went out looking for whales. The crew kept the drinks flowing. We stopped where there were numerous pilot whales and it was lovely to see them so close to the catamaran. It was quite breezy, and the crew handed out fleece blankets which were welcome. We then moved closer to the coast, seeing dolphins on the way and stopped for food, which was charcuterie style. You could swim in the sea at this point however it was too cold for me. We then travelled back to the marina and dropped back to our hotels. Overall a great afternoon out.

5.00We went on the morning trip and I was unsure of what to expect and well aware that it’s not guaranteed to see anything but we had the best time! Almost as soon as we got far enough out we had a pod of dolphins swimming right along side the catamaran for 10 minutes or so. It was unbelievable. We then went out further and spotted a pod of pilot whales that we sailed along side (but not too close). The team were very friendly and very knowledgeable. We then dropped anchor and we could swim if we wanted and we had a nice buffet style lunch.

5.00Not too much was promised here - the dolphins swam with us A mega experience. We also saw the pilot whales (from a distance, as you have "rest time" under tags and the crew accepts that - which I think is very great! Thanks for the great 3h 😍

4.00Catamaran not new and no sunbed. I would say 1h20 of real sailing - the tour was over after 2:40! ...we saw whales but no dolphins/friendly staff and drinks/decent tapas.

5.00Our family trip on the Montecristo catamaran was fabulous. We were so very lucky to get up close to pilot whales and even pods of dolphins who swam with our boat and put on a bit of a show! The crew were very informative and hospitable and supplied plenty of drinks and lovely food. We stopped on the way back for a refreshing swim. A perfect afternoon on the ocean and our boys loved it!

5.00Wonderful experience, well organized. Plenty of space on the boat for the passengers. We're able to see dolphins and pilot whales. Anchored near a beach for swimming as well, however it was cold, so no one got into the water. Nice selection of drinks and food. Very enjoyable trip for the entire family.
