This 3-hour trip takes you beyond the harbor and along California’s scenic coastline in search of humpback whales, gray whales, sea lions, otters, and a variety of seabirds. Our 50-foot vessel offers comfortable seating, a heated cabin, restroom, and blankets to keep you cozy as you enjoy the sights. Our experienced crew will share fun facts about local marine life, ocean ecology, and the unique history of Morro Bay. Every trip is different — you might see whales breaching, dolphins playing alongside the boat, or sea otters relaxing near the kelp beds. Cameras are highly encouraged! 5.00The crew was amazing and very knowledgeable. They were patient with the kids and super helpful when one was feeling sick. They made the experience Amazing! We saw whales dolphins and got to see whales breach. It was so fun.

5.00My friend and I went whale watching with Lost Isle in the morning from 9:30 to 12:30. It was a perfect, calm day and we saw gray and humpback whales. The boat was well equipped with a bathroom and the guide was helpful and informative. They left on time and check-in was easy. This is a very good operation and I highly recommend it.

5.00Booked this last minute about 4 days before. Lost Isle Adventure was easy to find in a nice location.We took the 9 am tour. It was a beautiful sail and we saw grey and humpback whales. The guide was informative and friendly. This was worth coming from Avila Beach to Morro Bay. Highly recommend!

5.00Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable boat. We spotted whales 3 different times in the distance, but they were gone each time when we got to where they surfaced. Fortunately, we had fabulous weather and we enjoyed the ocean air. We had a good time and would recommend this tour company.

5.00No expectations of seeing a whale. That said the wild life and the ride seeing the beauty of the Pacific was totally worth it. We also saw whales they were so very cool, and Huge!

5.00Great whale watching experience over Valentine's weekend. I was fortunate enough to see 2 humpback whales, a sea lion and a bunch of dolphins. Crew was very informative and friendly. Dane was very helpful in making the initial reservations. The boat was well maintained and there was plenty of room for everyone to observe the whales.
