Please note that weather in Iceland is unpredictable and that the tour can be cancelled on short notice due to unfavourable conditions at sea.
This is a wildlife tour and therefore sightings cannot be guaranteed. In case of no sightings, we offer the opportunity to try again for free in either Reykjavík or Akureyri..
We abide by a code of conduct for responsible whale watching, which means that all sightings are on the wildlife's terms. We can therefore never guarantee up close encounters.
Please note that our fleet is not completely wheelchair accessible as there are steep stairs between lower and upper decks and high thresholds to get from the decks into the saloon as well as from the saloon to the toilets.
Wheelchair users are welcome to bring a foldable chair onboard our bigger boats, but if possible, please contact us well in advance as we may need to assist with boarding.

4.00Even on a fine day, make sure you wear warm clothes! It was a great experience - we saw a young humpback whale and two orcas. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot. Expensive, but good value!

5.00Enjoyed a very pleasant tour on a calm fjord. We were lucky to see a couple of humpbacked whales; one was particularly active so lots of tail viewing and the elegant arched dives. Best viewing point is aft (front of boat) although course, you are well into facing the weather! There are warm weather suits available and I recommend you put these on first rather than waiting until you get cold. Not a great look but certainly cosy. It meant I stayed outside the whole time. Jakob is a great guide and narrator. Photos were available post trip to download which is much better as then you can simply enjoy the antics of the whales and enjoy nature (unless you want to photograph and video of course). The photo download took about 5 days to come through. Loved the fact there was complimentary hot chocolate and coffee available too. We were on the smaller vessel which I prefer. Great experience.

5.00Such an amazing experience with pure nature! Clear water, dramatic snowy fjords, silence...Meeting this distinguish animals was the best way to see how small is human being. Gisele is an amazing guide, she shared all this beautiful informations about whales with us, making this trip more interesting.

5.00Great experience, especially for the kids. Knowledgeable and friendly guides. We went out on one of their smaller boats, saw two humpback whales quite a few times.. hot drinks, blankets and other warm kit available on board. Definitely recommend. Extra bonus to receive the pics that they took in parallel to our own.

5.00Great experience! We loved spotting the whales and being able to see them in their natural habitat. The guide was knowledgeable and took some great pictures that were shared with us. The boat was great with an indoor space for when you get a bit cold with drinks and snacks sold!

5.00Excellent experience whale watching in beautiful Fjord surroundings. The boat was safe and comfortable and the guide was super engaged and knowledgeable. We saw five different individual humpback whales. Definitely worth doing and would love to repeat the experience.
