Please note: Rental gear is not guaranteed until re-confirmed. You MUST re-confirm your reservation NO LATER than 48 hours prior to your desired rental date.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Expect custom fitting in a semi-private fitting lounge in one of our slope-side store locations. Amazing service from my first to last interactions with the team. Personalised offer for a large group of snowboarders and skiers, efficient booking in advance from the UK, easy pick up, alterations made through the week and seamless drop off and even gave me a refund when I couldn’t do the final day. Incredible and friendly staff, could not recommend highly enough!

Fast, friendly and competent service. I hadn’t snowboarded in 7 years so I played it safe and got the dev package. BT outfitted my wife with skis and myself perfectly.

Black Tie are an absolutely excellent outfit. They were really polite, very helpful with information on the resort, gave multiple sizes of boots when the first ones didn't fit and final collection was super - we just left the gear at reception and it was picked up in their own time. So much better than trecking to a rental store.

Easy to book, and getting gear delivered and fitted at your hotel is so convenient. Nothing was too much trouble for Black Tie with gear needing to be returned early due to an injury with no questions asked refund and also a subsequent switch of board was easily accommodated with a simple switch at the village half way through the day. Can’t recommend Black Tie enough.

I have used Black Tie Ski Rentals for my parents ski rentals every year for 4 years now. They are extremely professional, always on time & offer superior service. Matt, the owner, is an absolute beauty and always comes by with a smile. They even have walk in locations now!

The delivery process was easy and smooth, they came to our place punctually and with a different set of boots and boards to try on each person. The 2 guys were very friendly and helpful.

It is easy to contact the company for any change on the address, sizes, hours, etc... really open to help you with any concern!

I will take this service again for sure! Great service! Totally recommended!
