Mae Khachan Hot Spring
Mae Khachan Hot Spring is between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. It is a favorite stop for travelers and an excellent family spot. It's a naturally occurring hot spring where geothermally heated groundwater surfaces, creating a unique, steamy atmosphere. The spring's hot water even boils eggs. With multiple shops and foot soak stations, the area has been extensively developed for tourism, promoting the therapeutic benefits of the mineral-rich hot spring water.
Wat Rong Khun
The White Temple (or Wat Rong Khun) is a unique art exhibit styled like a Buddhist temple. Its architecture blends traditional Thai elements with surrealism, offering a visually stunning spectacle. The temple is full of symbolism drawn from Buddhist and Hindu traditions as well as modern motifs. It combines religion, culture and modern interpretation, creating both visual and philosophical attraction.
