A great morning out. I've been paddle boarding before but not white water. Wendy gave loads of tips and I was quickly standing up down the white water. A fun different flavour to normal paddle boarding. I've now bought a helmet, so I can carry on practicing. Thank you.

I did the white water paddleboarding experience today with Wendy and it was amazing! I had so much fun and really felt like I learned a lot. Wendy made the whole experience fun and enjoyable and was so supportive. I'm so excited to practice the techniques I learned today and hopefully progress. I will definitely be coming back!

An absolutely fantastic day. We paddled through some stunning areas and we even saw a kingfisher. We also learnt so many new skills and were able to experience how to navigate low level and small rapids safely for the first time (mainly on knees but also managed to rid one standing up).

We had an absolutely fantastic full-day private session with Dolomite Training, white water stand-up paddleboarding on the River Derwent. Our guide, Wendy, was incredible – knowledgeable, supportive, and fun – and made the whole experience feel exciting yet safe from start to finish. I went with my 12-year-old daughter, and despite having very little prior SUP experience, Wendy gave us the confidence and skills to get up, paddle, and even take on some white water rapids. The feeling of being on the river, surrounded by nature while the world carried on around us, was both peaceful and exhilarating. The rapids were a real thrill – heart-racing fun that left us grinning from ear to ear – but it never felt out of control. Wendy’s calm guidance, clear instruction, and obvious passion for the sport made all the difference. This was a truly memorable day out and a fantastic introduction to white water SUP. We couldn’t recommend Dolomite Training and Wendy more highly!

Had a great day out with Steve. I'm not a beginner but still learnt alot from the day. The course helped me build my confidence and skills up on some of the more technical trails. A Highly recommend session and well worth the money.
