The Ultimate Session is unique in the UK, offering continuous world-class rapids, with almost no flat water between! A dam release guarantees the quality and constancy of rapids. (Other UK rivers cannot promise this due to unpredictable British weather!)
Your adventure will start and end at our riverside centre with thick 4-season wetsuits and full safety equipment allocation. After a quick instructional session, we will bus you to the head of the river where a massive 9 cumecs of pure mountain water begins it's cascade through ancient woodland.
This is the country's best whitewater rafting, staffed by guides with international experience. Over 3 descents you will play, freestyle and surf down fast, clean whitewater, each run increasing in excitement and challenge.
A spectacular choice for a rainy day activity, the weather cannot soak you more than we will! On a hot day, nothing feels fresher than punching through rapid after rapid.

What To Expect
Embrace getting soaked at the UK''s original and best whitewater rafting venue. You will blast through world class grade 3-4 rapids,which is in the National Park, North Wales, Snowdonia. The focus is on maximising the river features blasting through world-class grade 3-4 rapids on a river course impressive enough to have hosted international whitewater events. Your raft guide will allow plenty of time to feel the power of true whitewater. You'll surf back into huge rapids, playing, laughing and screaming all the way. This is totally immersive whitewater fun at its best.

5.00Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about doing this experience. Ten minutes into it I was SO happy i did. Our boat was captained by George a hilariously funny guy but seriously serious when it came to safety. Three runs down the welsh rapids involving getting VERY wet, being a little scared and laughing continuously. A must do day out. Oh and cafe was excellent. My only negative is the complex needs bigger changing rooms/lockers and benches, getting a wet suit on and off whilst standing is not easy.

5.00Had a fabulous morning Whitewater Rafting. Our Guide/Helm George was brilliant. Whilst giving his safety briefing he got over all the key points but at the same time had a wicked sense of humour making even the briefing great fun. The runs down the River were incredible. My 2 Grandaughters, Daughter, Son-in-Law and I loved every minute and I plan to go back there with a Team from my Local.

5.00Fantastic experience, always wanted to go white water rafting so glad we chose to go with this team. Elmo was great fun and made the most of our time on the rapids, each run was different and so much fun. Thank you for a wonderful time.

5.00A recommendation for any family or friend group or anybody in general to experience this. I haven't done it since I was a child, excited wasn't even the word when my 13 year old said 'YES' to the activity! Really didn't know what to expect - would it be any good - am I going to be cold - is it worth it. Absolutely!!!! We laughed and screamed our heads off, mainly at each other. Let's just the say some of the expressions being pulled (and captured beautifully on camera by their photographer who rode up and down on a bike - BZ to her) were corkers! Now, our guide, NICOLE - what a sweet soul, ever so photogenic so she only added to out memories and not to mention knowledgeable and strong - how she drags and pulls and launches and lifts those rafts all day long is beyond me. I swear she is some secret WWE performer. The safety briefing and induction was informative and comical to say the least and I was in awe of how she knew every detail of the river - every ripple and dip and twist and rock - you name it. She was great. Fabulous in fact. It was a brilliant afternoon and I am so pleased we did and we got Nicole. Book it - I promise you won't regret it!

5.00We had an amazing time , one which we'll never forget. Loads of laughs and thrills and would recommend to anyone who ever fancied trying White water rafting. The instructor was great and made everyone feel at ease and we all worked together to make an unforgettable experience.... No experience necessary and no need to be super fit , we are in our fifties and it was no problem, only a slight ache the next day. !
