  It was a nice experience. Pick up was perfectly on time and the salt mines were great. The only issue was that they did not tell us the time when to go back for the return trip, thus we did not do the museum part as we thought that the coach will not wait for us. Another issue was that we went up with the lift that is 400m away from the coach. We were confused how to find the coach. This should have been told to us before we enter the salt mines.   I book a tour under headout for 830am with hotel pickup. The tour was postponed to 1030am and told me 1 day before and the pickup was not my hotel but a pick up point which i had to walk 10mins in the rain to get to jt

  The salt mine was very interesting but the organisation from SeeKrakow was atrocious. Our pick up point and time were changed 3 times in less than 24 hours between booking and getting on the bus, which was confusing and disconcerting. At the salt mine the driver handed us over to a guide taking a general public individual tour, not an organised group tour as we had been led to believe. This meant we exited the mine in a town centre about half a mile from where we entered and had no idea how to get back to the bus. It was only when someone from SeeKrakow phoned to complain that we were late and holding up the bus that we got directions. I would definitely advise finding a different tour operator to book the salt mine with.

  Seeing the salt mines was very much above expectation! Incredible piece of landmark. On top of that, we had a great tourguide called Elizabeth. Sweet lady and brought good information about the saltmine and added nice humor to it. Thank you Elizabeth!

  This was a fabulous trip. We were picked up on time and the return to the hotel was good. The tour itself was fascinating and the salt mine with its chambers and sculptures was incredible.

  Excellent trip. Tour guide extremely knowledgeable. Be prepared there are a lot of steps but going down not up. Would highly recommend.

  Great trip, well organised from pick up to drop off. The guide was very informative. There are a lot of steps down, so sensible shoes are a must! A lift thankfully takes you back to the surface. You are packed in tight, though!
