Experience the many ghosts of this old colonial town that are still seen today. Learn of the hangings of Blackbeard's crew and what happened to Blackbeard's skull. Did our forefathers really drink from his skull? Stand right where Grace Sherwood, the most famous witch, is often seen during mock trials in the Capitol and hear of her fate, finally pardoned by Gov. Tim Kean after centuries of being called the Witch of Pungo. Learn of Anne Bonny and Mary Reed (a woman posing as Mark Reed) who were aboard Calico Jack's ship and fought like men. Super tour, and we SAW ghost. I know I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it in person. Our guide told us to keep taking pictures of everything with the flash and we did, and as we were walking away from one of the taverns, we looked at the picture that we had just taken and saw what looked like face is staring back at us. It was so so good, creepy but good. I would definitely do this to tour again.

For the ghosts tour, our guide "Gracie" made it feel truly haunting. She really created atmosphere along on the streets of Williamsburg alone at night. Not too scary for kids. The tour is all outdoor so dress appropriately. It was pretty cold the night we went, but once the stories started, we never felt it. We were too enthralled. If tales of ghosts and pirates are your interest, this was great!

Our tour guide "Gracie the Witch" was so entertaining. Not only did she teach us all about the history of Williamsburg and its "dead", but she made it very interactive and animated. A fun night!

It was fun to hear the spooky stories of Williamsburg. Our tour guide, Lexi, was so cute and nice. She even walked us back to our car because we couldn't find our way back. We had a really good time.

I recommend going on this tour. Christie was in character as soon as we started, and she was entertaining. She walked us in a good pace and kept us moving. She shared so many, maybe too many, stories. It was hard to keep it all straight, but the overall theme of the ghostiness of Williamsburg came through. I would recommend dressing for the weather, especially wearing comfortable shoes as the tour took us far away from our cars.

This was a very fun tour! Our tour guide, Michael, was welcoming and is quite the ranconteur. It was a nice way to learn more about the Williamsburg inhabitants of the past.
