Our Guide James knowledge was outstanding! Friendly but, respectful. Clever humor. Polite. Patient. ...and beyond. Everything we expected. Our best tour this trip!

Getting to the Earl's court was ok, but the instructions did not say that you walk out of station to a bus stop and there is no indicator that this is a tour bus stop. Fundamentally this is a bus ride to Windsor. The 'tour guide' was not a tour guide. What she said was in the skimpy brochure. We paid $268 for a bus ride plus over $20 for the underground. The tour guide takes you to where we get the tickets then bye bye. You get free audio guides to the area. Next time I will take the train out to Windsor for or pay a Blue Badge guide

Windsor castle is amazing so I definitely would recommend a tour. I would not book with Anderson Tours again. One of our party of 5 was ill and was not able to make the tour… of course they would not refund. They basically transport you there Nd get you into the castle. That is it!

The trip itself was fine. Guide was great, and all went well once we boarded the bus. The instructions said to go to Earl's Court, exit to Warwick Road, and wait for the bus. When we got to Warwick Road, we saw no signs telling us where the bus was going to be. Then we noticed that pretty far up the road, there was a public bus stop. There were two of us so one of us went up to the bus stop, and the other stayed near the entrance to Earl's Court tube station. The bus (probably because of traffic) was late, and it passed by the tube stop, so I assumed it was going to the bus stop. I'm 77 years old, and I haven't run for a bus in quite a while. This part of the trip was not handled well at all. Like I said though, the rest of the trip was fine, and Windsor Castle was an incredible take.

The time at the castle and surrounding town was basically limited to 2 hours. We entered the bus to drive to the castle at 920 and had to be back on the bus by 120. By the time you board bus, travel wait in line to get entry passes and proceed to the castle it was close to 1130. We only had time to tour the castle and were not able to see the church or do any light shopping in town. We had to be back on the bus by 120. The tour said 3. But that meant you would be dropped back off in London by 3. Personally I thought that meant we would leave the castle by 3. No time to get a lite bite or even a drink. The driver, bus and guide were great. But I felt a little cheated on the time.

What a fantastic place! It’s a fairy tale site and must of in London. Amazing rooms and headsets are super informative. I only wish I knew about private tour guides.

The coach was late (which was kind of good since we were delayed by traffic) but the tour ended early.
