Our bus was on time, spotless and clean, our guide Maggie was gracious, kept us listening all the way as we got a thoroughly educational and articulate history of Windsor and its highlights to see. We went direct to the cafe Unterbrucht inside the castle (rather than the tourist gauntlet outside), had brunch, then had plenty of time to see it all (except the crowded dollhouse). I stepped on Henry VIII’s grave to commemorate his crappy treatment of everyone who was dedicated to him, especially Ann!! Stood where Harry was married, viewed Elizabeth’s and Phillip’s graves, and much more. Then a smooth bus transfer back to Earl’s Court from where we walked 1/2 mile to the lovely free Crafts Museum. Just a perfect day thanks to Maggie and her driver!! Entry is 35£ each, so with the train ride (transfer required) the price for this is a bargain!!

A perfect way to see Windsor Castle! Maggie shared alot of history and she could have been nicer and more helpful. The traffic was horrible and we sat in the bus, hardly moving for an hour ...but the driver was really outstanding too. Thanks for a great day! Maggie was great!

We arrived at 10:30 AM and were forced to wait near the bus park for a second coach to catch up. As a result, we missed the changing of the guard, the primary reason we chose the tour on this day and time. We were not alone in our frustration. Also, it was described as a coach ride full of information about Windsor Castle. The guide gave a few comments, but nothing that was not already known when researching the tour. The driver did a very good job.

What a tour. Comprehensive, informative and hilarious. Nick is a guide who loves his job and you can absolutely see it in the way he does his tours. Absolute perfection from him.
