Windsor Castle
The town of Windsor is best known for its historical links to the British royal family, and it is suitably steeped in pageantry and history. Towering over the rest of the town is Windsor Castle, the ancestral home of the English and later British monarchy, and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. If you decide not to include admission to Windsor Castle, you will have free time in Windsor town.
St. George's Chapel
St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England, is a chapel designed in the high-medieval Gothic style. It is both a Royal Peculiar, a church under the direct jurisdiction of the monarch, and the Chapel of the Order of the Garter. It is was great to see Windsor / Stonehenge / Oxford on a one day trip. Ask for Kevin and David; our tour team. We felt safe and informed the entire day. Learned lots of fun facts and go to snooze a little on the bus in between stops. The negative of our trip were the seats on the bus. They need to remove 3 or 4 rows. I am 5’5” - 127 pounds and was crowded in the seat. Although the seats recline - you would crush the person behind you.

Nice trip, the guide (Kevin) is very funny. Be aware that inside the Castle and in Stonehenge you are "unguided". No time for a "regular" lunch, just some "grab and go".

This day trip was absolutely worth it and very well organized from start to finish. Visiting Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford all in one day felt efficient without being rushed. Transportation was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. Each stop had enough time to explore, take photos, and really appreciate the history and architecture. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared interesting facts throughout the journey, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a long day, but extremely rewarding and a great way to see iconic sights outside of London. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting for the first time.

Guide: Kevin Driver: David The tour is about 1.5 hours long per location totaling to approximately 9 hrs including travel time. Kevin was full of energy and had a lot of info not only on the tourist spots but he also gives out some pop culture/trivia as well. If you want to go, I think winter time is perfect because there's less people. Just be prepared for the cold. No hot food and drinks inside the bus so make sure you fill up during the tour :) or just buy cold meals and drinks inside the bus if you lack the time. There's wifi onboard which helps a lot especially for the foreigners like me. The drive was smooth, no issues whatsoever. I just slept most of the time. Thanks to David! Hahaha! Great experience overall!
