Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell, carefully creates each bon bon exclusively for Passel Estate, finding the right spices, textural elements and flavours to complement each accompanying wine.
Her delicate creations are not the typical chocolates and are available only at our Tasting Room as part of our guided Wine & Food pairing experience.

What To Expect
Indulge the senses and enrich your palate with a unique wine pairing experience at Passel Estate. Each of Passel Estate’s award-winning wines is paired with an artisanal and handcrafted chocolate encased bonbon. The aim of this tasting is to provide an informative, engaging and memorable wine and food pairing experience for all Tasting Room visitors, at any level. Passel Estate invites visitors to sit down, relax in the beautiful surrounds of the estate. Each gourmet delight is a bespoke design by internationally renowned Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell from Harlequin Desserts. Booking for the Wine & Food Pairing Discovery experience contributes $5 directly towards further conservation efforts at Passel Estate.
