What a fantastic tour! If you can only do one or two tours in Tuscany, choose Debora. It felt like a good friend brought me to the wineries and olive groves she loves. So many stories from Debora and from the local owners, that made you feel like family. A huge thank you to Debora, I can’t wait for the next time!

from the sheep or sheep to the excellent cheese, but the tour was excellent in every aspect for the wine tasting, for the food, for the fascinating Tuscany in the Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana Senese-Aretina region. A dive into oblivion, forgetting for a day the anxiety and stress of everyday life.

Our day with Debora was an ABSOLUTE highlight of our time in Tuscany. She was warm, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and so much fun to spend the day with! From tasting Pecorino cheese at a beautiful family-run sheep farm in Pienza to enjoying Brunello wines and a delicious homemade lunch in Montalcino, every stop was memorable. Montepulciano was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. We laughed, learned (she is born and raised in the Tuscan region), and had a blast. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Debora and this tour. Debora is such a warm, friendly, and passionate person, you will love her immediately. She has so much knowledge about history, culture, nature, olive oil, wine, and food and she loves sharing it with her guests. We went to a sheep farm where they make pecorino and sampled 6-7 types of pecorino, we did an olive oil tasting, a wine tasting with lunch, went to Pienza for gelato, and visited the Montepulciano underground. This was one of the most memorable days of our trip. Also, don't forget to book the cooking class with Debora's husband, Ryan!

Debora treated us to an amazing day exploring three local organic wineries for wine and olive oil tastings. Her deep knowledge of the region and winemaking added so much value to the experience. She and the winemakers shared the fascinating history of their estates and families, as well as their passion for organic winemaking. At the first stop, the 87-year-old owner joined Debora to give us expert tips on how to properly taste and appreciate each pour. The drive itself wound past endless rows of grapevines and olive groves, offering great scenic views. Debora’s close personal connections with the winemakers made the entire day feel incredibly exclusive and deeply authentic. Highly recommended!

This was the most fabulous wine tour imaginable! Deborah was splendid. Her knowledge was superb and the experience was incredible. She took us to 3 small vineyards i the Cortoa area. Local winemakers with a care for craft wines and olive oils. She went above and beyond what I expected, spending a full day with us teaching and sharing the art of wine tasting. She drove us around the countryside, sharing the beauty of the area. I cannot express how much we enjoyed this experience. THANK YOU DEBORA.
