What To Expect
We will visit local family businesses, tasting their products, drinking their wines and extra vergine olive oil . We will learn history of Cortona and the area around.! We will talk directly with the wine makers , seeing the vineyards, fermentation and aging room. Learning how to make wine and olive oil, felling the passion these families has for these antique activities . We will listen their stories and knowledges they have learned from generations. The experience is very unique!

An Unforgettable, Deeply Authentic Tuscan Experience

5.00If you want an authentic taste of Tuscany, book this tour with Debora! She escorted us through beautiful scenic hills, teaching us all about local history and culture along the way, and toured us through two amazing family-run wineries, much different than commercial producers. We toured the vineyards through the bottling process and learned from very passionate local makers. The wine tasting with Debora’s mentor Romano were an absolute highlight, and they were able to ship directly to the United States! We also explored an ancient castle and palace while taking in the panoramic views of Lake Trasimeno from the castle walls. It was certainly a 5-star experience thanks to Debora!

5.00We had an absolutely unforgettable day with Debora in Tuscany. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtful, seamless, and beautifully curated. We visited a picturesque pecorino cheese farm where we learned about the craftsmanship behind the cheese and enjoyed one of the most authentic experiences of our trip. From there, we enjoyed an incredible vineyard lunch and wine tasting surrounded by breathtaking scenery and exceptional hospitality. The day continued with a stunning drive through the Tuscan countryside to Montalcino and Montepulciano, both absolutely charming and rich with beauty and history. Debora was knowledgeable, warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about the region. The pacing of the day was perfect and we never felt rushed. This was truly one of the best tours we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. It captured everything we hoped Tuscany would be and more. We will remember this day for years to come and cannot recommend Debora highly enough.

5.00This was a personal experience and so much more than we expected. Deborah was kind, knowledgeable and gave us such a unique experience we could not have had with anyone else. To walk the vineyards and olive groves and meet the winemakers made it so very special. We will be back and looking her up!

5.00Debora has great local knowledge and shares her passion for wine and olive oil with you! We visited 3 local vineyards which were all family run. As Italian wine is prepared to be drunk with food, you get to sample the local cheeses and meats to accompany your wine tasting! Debora is fun to be with and her knowledge is excellent. She is never tired of being asked questions and imparts her knowledge of wine with you too!

5.00By far the best experience from our time here in Cortona! Debora was SO AMAZING! We learned so much about the area, the history and the process for wine making and olive oil production. The local small farmers she partners with were fantastic and the wine and olive oil was the best! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a day laughing, learning, and loving the Tuscany valley and the great products produced here!

5.00We did the Brunello tour with Debra and it was one of, if not, the highlight of our vacation in Tuscany! From the pick up at our hotel in the morning she was so personable and knowledgeable of the area, taking time to point out the different types of soils and how they can affect the taste and harvest of the grapes. We saw three different vineyards in Montalcino, all of which were stunning. Debra had a personal relationship with all the vineyard owners and it felt so much more like going to have a few glasses of wine with old friends. Rather than going into a large commercial winery and being pushed to buy wine. We ended up purchasing wine from all 3 vineyards we visited, but it was because WE wanted to. We never felt pressure to purchase anything. Debra also had fantastic knowledge of the surrounding areas and towns. She gave us fabulous restaurant, wine, etc recommendations for our next stop on trip too! We will absolutely be recommending Debra to any of our friends who will be visiting Italy. Her husband also teaches cooking classes. We were sad we were unable to attend one due to our schedule but it sounded fantastic! When we return to Italy, we will certainly be repeat customers of Debra’s! 10/10, Five Stars, Cannot recommend highly enough!
We travelled to 3 vineyards - all uniquely different. Great experience at all of them. Be prepared to enjoy your time!

5.00You simply can’t know a real Tuscan experience unless you’re guided by someone like Debora and good luck finding someone like her! She’s down to earth, intelligent and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years within the first 10 minutes. We had a literal dream of a day spent with her, learning and seeing some of the most unique and exquisite sites, bites and beautiful people where she connected us.
If you’re considering this.. do it!

5.00This was hands down the best day of our entire Italy trip! The tour through the Brunello region was absolutely unforgettable. Every stop felt thoughtful and special—from the stunning vineyards to the warm hospitality everywhere we went. The wine tastings were incredible (I’ll be dreaming about those Brunellos for a long time), and the balsamic vinegar and olive oil we tried were out-of-this-world AMAZING. You could truly taste the passion and craftsmanship behind everything. I couldn’t recommend this tour more. If you’re visiting Italy and want an experience that’s beautiful, delicious, and genuinely memorable, this is the one!
