''MAXIMUM 11 CLIENTS'' with Scenic tour and PREMIUM WINE TASTINGS! Line up by 8.30am in order to catch the Fullers 0900 ferry to Waiheke, LOOK OUT for your name on the black welcome board, or wait at the I-Site information booth in the ferry terminal by 1000. It's best to use the ferries washrooms, as the terminals often experience long ques. We then embark on a scenic tour taking in some of the wonderful sites fully commentated, before visiting 3 of Waiheke's finest boutique vineyards. We recommend you book your own lunch reservation during the busy summer months. Mudbrick Archive 2pm or Oyster Inn, Fenice or Vino Vino 2.15pm. Or you can just choose one of many local cafes and eateries in the sea side village of Oneroa. Transfers provided back the ferry terminal at 3.45pm, or you may chose to stay on and enjoy more time on the Island and make your own way back to the ferry .

What To Expect
Catch the 0915 island direct ferry bookable or the fullers 0900 walk up ferry, look for your name on the Guides black board or wait at the information center in the terminal. We then go on a scenic tour with photo stops, all fully commentated, then visit 3 of the best vineyards on the island for Premium tasting with a food and wine pairing at one of the vineyards, lunch stop 2pm We recommend you book in the busy season Mudbrick Archive 1400 or in the village of Oneroa, Oyster inn, or vino vino 2.15 or enjoy one of the many cafe's or eateries, guide will arrange pick ups back to the 4 pm ferry, or stay on the island and catch a later ferry home

5.00Great day with or guide/driver Oliver. Great communication with the company from start to finish. Oliver was at the dock to pick us up just as described. As a resident of Waiheke Island he was knowledgeable of the area and gave us insight into the community. We went to three wineries and had great tastings at each. We had time for lunch and some walking around in town before heading back to catch the ferry to Auckland. Would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit some wineries on Waiheke. Ask for Oliver!

5.00Wonderful experience in which I learned quite a bit about Waiheke Island and about wine. The start was a bit confusing regarding the ferry from Auckland to Waiheke Island but I think it best to take the 9am Fullers 360. Once we met up we received a quick tour of the island followed by three stops which were excellent. We concluded with lunch on our own in town before heading back to catch the 4pm Fullers 360 ferry bound for Auckland.

5.00Absolutely must do. Glenn is a great tour guide who will give you a history of the island as well as the wineries. Each winery having its own unique feel, and the wines reflect that. The bus is comfortable even if you are on the taller side. Dad jokes and cheeky humor to be expected 😜

5.00Our tour guide, Melita, was excellent. She has an outstanding wealth of information about the island of Waiheke and by the time we left the tour, we were well versed in all things Waiheke. Additionally, her knowledge about wines was exceptional. She took us to three different wineries each offering a unique wine experience than the others. Highly recommend.

5.00Wow! This is a MUST do. We were in New Zealand for a week and this tour made the whole trip. Glenn was the most knowledgeable person about the island and the history and the wines!!! 5.00Awesome tour! We debated going ourselves (which would mean figuring out the ferry and bus) vs taking a tour and the tour was 100% worth the experience! Glen was an awesome guide and went out of his way to make sure we had an awesome day. We saw great wineries and viewpoints and learned about wine in the process. Highly recommend!

5.00We were picked up from our hotel by Melita exactly on time, and proceeded to the ferry terminal to meet the others who were doing the tour as they came off the ferry from Auckland. We then headed to the first winery of the tour but had a couple of stops on the way where a bit of the history and geography of the island were explained to us. The wineries we visited were all good and the tastings were excellent and very enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was interested to hear our opinions as to favourites from each. This was a really good introduction to the wines of Waiheke Island and it was made even better by the fact that we had small numbers on the tour making it feel more intimate. This was our wedding anniversary and the whole experience made it a memorable day.
