  We booked this walk to do with our 5yr old during our half term break in York. I didn’t know what to expect and at first thought it might be really Harry Potter themed which our little one wouldn’t understand. However it wasn’t too focused on that, rather just a general wizarding theme, with the kids all enthralled! Lots of tricks, jokes (inc some for the parents/older kids). All within the old town area. Really would recommend! Thank you for the experience - our wee one is still reminiscing!

  Very entertaining tour with tricks and jokes the kids loved. We combined it with a trip to Potions Academy and all things Harry Potter and had a great day out.

  Brilliant alternative to the ghost walks offered all around York. Thought my son age 6 would be a bit young for those so we picked this instead, absolutely brilliant fun for families. Will do it again next time we're back, a real personality.

  I took my 7 year old wizard obsessed nephew to York to do all things magical and this walk was absolutely fantastic. Exciting trek down alleys and shambles and round the minster with the most amazing wizard. Plenty of stops along the way for magic tricks and comedy. Very interactive involving all the kids and the adults too. Cant recommend highly enough

  Top class family entertainment. So silly it shouldn't work, but it really really does. Kids and grown-ups alike feel part of the fun, whilst walking through yorks enchanting streets. Try it, you'll never regret it.

  We went on the The Wizards Walk of York today and we honestly had the BEST time! From start to finish, the wizard was absolutely hilarious — he had both the kids and the adults completely entertained. It’s not often you find something that keeps everyone engaged, but this tour absolutely nailed it. The storytelling, the humour, and the way he interacted with the group made the whole experience unforgettable. You can really tell he has a true passion for what he does, and that energy shines through every minute of the tour. It wasn’t just informative — it was magical, funny, and full of character. I genuinely cannot recommend this experience enough. If you’re visiting York or even if you’re local and looking for something different and fun to do, this is an absolute must!   Absolutely amazing! Phoenix was full of jokes! Such a lovely personality and as a dad I loved the dad jokes! Was sceptical when my partner booked it but it was a howl from start to finish!! Would 100% recommend

  We booked a children's party for my 8 year old son. Both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. Apparently it was the best party ever! Fun for all. Also the Wizard was super helpful and organised beforehand, making it stress free. Thank you! Would recommend
