A great alternative to a ghost walk, this tour focuses on FUN over frights. A truly magical and memorable experience that Harry Potter fans will go Potty for (but no knowledge of the wizarding world required!)

Meet at the bottom of York's Shambles by the railings of St. Crux Church, look for The Wizard Walk sign!
Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate
York's shortest street (with the longest name!), and a wonderfully whimsical place to set the scene for our enchanting walk around this spellbinding city!

5.00We had a fantastic time on this walk, the wizard we had was super funny (Barry trotter) 😂 for kids and grown ups.They get the kids involved with magic which was brilliant. Would highly recommend for younger families. Cost was reasonable for the amount of time you get, and the group size was only small so everyone got involved. Felt welcomed and relaxed.

5.00A truly wonderful experience today for our 7 year old grandson’s birthday treat along with his 8 year old brother. They are both into Harry Potter and absolutely loved all of the references to HP, the fabulous magic and Dad jokes. The Wizard is so engaging and funny, even the grown ups loved it. I would highly recommend this walking tour without any hesitation.

5.00We booked for a birthday party and we were not disappointed. 10 children and 6 adults, we all had such a great time. How the wizard of york interacts with the crowd is amazing, all the questions or comments from the children were handled brilliantly. We want to do it all again.

5.00We took our 9 year old twins on this tour and they had THE BEST time. Interactive, engaging and lots of fun. Our Wizard was friendly, sharing magic and jokes. We walked around parts of York we would never have known about and heard brilliant facts. Would 100% recommend.
