Despite careful packing, the parachute may open abruptly or not open correctly which may result in injury. Unintended incidents may occur during the aircraft flight, descent or on landing.
Parachuting is done at the parachutists' own risk. Any person parachuting, training to parachute, flying in any aircraft being used for parachuting or participating in any activity carried out by Skydive Australia may only do so on the distinct understanding that they do so entirely at their own risk.

What To Expect
Start with professional training from a qualified tandem master and learn what to expect on your skydive. After you suit up — the gear includes a harness and skydiving goggles — settle into the plane for a quick flight. When you reach maximum altitude, psych yourself up for a jump that has you free-falling for 60 seconds at insane speeds. When your tandem master pulls the parachute cord, you'll float under a colorful canopy for an additional 5- to 7-minute parachute ride to the ground. It's a good time to catch your breath and soak up the coastal views of Wollongong, the Southern Sydney beaches, Royal National Park and Illawarra. You’ll land next to one of the best surfing beaches in New South Wales. Each sky diver receives a commemorative skydive certificate. You can also buy video and photo packages.

5.00This would simply be the best thing you will ever do with your life. The staff were amazing and reassuring, they made it so fun despite literally chucking yourself out of a plane at 15000 feet, they made you forget all about the scary part and made you ready for the excitement. I felt safe and reassured throughout the whole experience and so happy I did this. However, I am unsure how I will ever top this experience.

5.00Great experience skydiving for the 1st time! Luke was a great instructor and guided me through the whole process. We were able to take great pictures and videos. This is an amazing way to see the beautiful views of the city and beach. Mario was a great tour guide who picked us up from Sydney and pointed out some views and Kangaroos that we can see from the highway. He was a great tour guide and really made sure that we all had the best time possible. Highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting Australia!

I’d say it’s become one of the top things I’ve done in my life. Thanks to my instructor Mitch, he made me feel safe! Now I want to do a solo skydive. 😆🫶🏼

1.00The trip never happened. I phoned them on the morning of the trip and they told me that it had been cancelled because the pilot was sick. It was impossible to reschedule as it was the last day of my vacation and I had to fly back to Toronto (today). They said that Trip Advisor would deal with my refund. 5.00This was an absolutely incredible and once in a lifetime experience! We did this with family when visiting them in Wollongong and considering we were going to be jumping out of a plane we felt really excited and not as nervous as we thought we’d be thanks to the friendly staff. On the flight before the jump you see some unreal scenery and the free fall was like nothing I’ve ever felt before. They even let us control the parachute for some of it towards the end! We can all say that we loved every second of the experience and would definitely do it again!

5.00Super incredible experience, flying way above Wollongong in a little private plane, to extremely great service and an experience you’ll never forget! My tandem/guide was incredible and made the experience so fun and enjoyable, there was no time to think too much or get scared and he guided me through the experience making it so seamless too! We came in winter, and they provided warm fleece jumpers and pants, making sure that we stayed warm during the descent◡̈ The photos are also a great way to remember the experience!

1.00It was raining the night before and I messaged them asking if they will let me know if cancelled prior to the 0650 departure no response. I went to departure and was told cancelled that day due to weather. I then messaged trying to reschedule and they responded hours later they did but no transportation I then replied asking for the address to taxi there and no response. I did not get refunded for this. They were quick to respond once they had my money then ghost mode. Be weary
