1.00The tour was terrible. I don’t think the guide was very knowledgeable. The tour wasn’t inside the colosseum. We left it half way through. We complained to the tour organisers and met other people complaining

5.00A bit of a confusing start as our maps told us it was up on the on street, turns out it was down the steps on the street below, but lots of helpful guides to point the way. Our guide Rita was the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable, offered great advice and a lovely person. We would recommend this tour to everyone.

3.00Average. Disorganised. I got there early and one of the organisers said that they hadn’t heard Viator, and I told her we had a booking for “The Wonders of the Colosseum” and she replied that she had never heard it it. She then proceeded to ask for 30EU more per person put me and son on the 9 o’clock tour. I told her I would just stay out as our booking was for 9:30. 30 minutes later she was asking for who was here for “The Wonders of the Colosseum”. I would avoid booking through Viator, as they clearly don’t vet their people.

4.00Nice tour, but not what I was expecting. The whole tour was outside the coliseum - I thought we would go in. That being said, our guide Rita was excellent. Gave us a ton of history about the coliseum and the surrounding ruins. So, I enjoyed the tour. Wish she was with us inside the coliseum.
