Please note that Colosseum entry tickets are managed by the official ticket office and are subject to availability. The assigned entry time may be later than the tour. In such cases, the guided tour will take place outside the Colosseum, providing the same detailed explanations as an interior visit. You will then be able to enter the Colosseum at your scheduled time and explore it independently.

1.00Horrible experience, the services are absolutely not up to our expectations... the visit lasted only 10 minutes for a tour advertised as one hour, we did not visit the site sold by the seller at all... we have submitted a refund request but the provider refuses to respond.

1.00The thieves let us book this tour right in the middle of italia 80 military parade right at the colleseum there was no way we could get to the location as like I say there was s military parade at the colleseum and of course as all sakes are final it was OK to keep our money dodgy as hell

1.00Terrible experience! Stay away. Disrespectful and unpleasant attitude, and completely unavailable when assistance was needed. I arrived at the location on time, exactly as described on the ticket, but I was on the wrong floor. The moment I arrived, I sent a message to the company representative (Vladimir Jovanovic from Arena Tours), but received no response. I sent several messages and called multiple times. Only after half an hour did he finally bother to answer, and told me that the tour had already left without me. He spoke in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and humiliating manner. Do yourself a favor and book a tour with a different company.

1.00Total scam, title mentions Coloseum but the trip doesn’t even get near it. Price you pay apparently is for a 400m walk on the street looking over the Roman forum with a guide that explains a bit about what you see around you. When we came the street was prepared with podium for the national holiday 2nd June so we did even get to see anything! (Besides plastic seats on a podium) NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
