  On arrival we were given a tour with a guide around the outside which was reasonably interesting. Then we had to queue to buy a ticket for the colosseum.We had no guide around the colosseum . Amazing place but the experience wasnt great . We expected a guided tour of the colosseum itself.

  We arrived on time and the contact was not at the meeting place. We called him within 5 minutes and managed to meet him within 10 minutes. At that time he told us that the tour had already departed and that we must first buy the tickets to enter. Eventually we couldn't continue because we didn't have tickets and lost everything without a refund. A scam everywhere. Complete theft.

  To be clear guide was good, knowledgeable. Stop start for the first 25 mins, on a call, making a call, taking a call, very disorganised by the operator not the guide. Very expensive per head for an hours tour guide costing €25 per head, a lot of other tourists annoyed by clever words overselling and under delivering. It’s clear to see why so many •tours” on offer in Rome, they are selling over priced fresh air.

  Attention, qd you are facing the metro exit, the team is on the left of the green kiosk. It is not recognizable by a particular logo but we manage to identify them. We got lucky, we got away with the band before. On the first Sunday of the month, the ticket is 0€! The guide accompanies us in the line (which went fast since no payment). Meanwhile, the guide comments on the ruins. He makes his presentation for an hour and then leaves us in front of the colisee. ATTENTION for 25th you have as service: 1 person who specifies that suitcases are not accepted in the parcel and shows us where there is a locker (in the street behind the information point) + accompaniment to the line to take the tickets + comments from the outside of the coliseum (without even going around the outside of the coliseum) with a sound that has horribly sizzled so I advise to stay close to the guide to hear his voice directly. When you take the ticket, the time of entry to the coliseum is h+3. If you take your ticket at 10:30 am, you will not be able to enter before 1:30 pm at the colisee. In the meantime there are some visits to be made around and possibly meals. Have a nice visit

  We booked the tour only 20 minutes before the start time. We were a little late to get to the meet point, but the friendly organisers called us and confirmed it was ok and we could still join. The guide was good, he explained that the tour did not include the entry but took us the the booking kiosk and showed us what to buy. Only €18 for the entry and worth it. A full 2 hours of interesting facts and a walking tour. We were then left to enter the colosseum for as long as we liked. Great tour, would definitely recommend.

  Be careful! Tickets are not included in the price. The guide leads the group to the counter and then you stand in front of the Roman Forum and a few pieces of information are given via picture book. The guide could only speak broken English and it was very difficult to understand them. Many of the group were dissatisfied and left early. Afterwards you start without a guide and without an audio guide. Waste of time, we could have done it alone

  Big bushing from 50 euros to two! Everything is supposed to make you think that the offer is complete with the visit of the colisee, the forum and the mount! Well, no! The guide - super unkind, Get you to buy tickets for the tour-- 50 minutes waiting--that she doesn't do with you! Her role is to introduce you to the sites but from lextery and then she lets you go!!! We understood the scam we returned the headsets and left relieved of 50 euros!!!
