This was my favourite walking tour, to date, and I’ve been on 7 other walking tours this past year alone! Dale is an excellent tour guide– he’s incredibly informative, is a great story teller, and always tries to answer the question “why?”. He taught us about the history of Jewish persecution in Europe; the history of the Jewish population in Poland; the formation of the Krakow ghetto; and stories about the silent resistance. Dale handled each topic with care, without watering down details. He must have been a university professor in another life, or else he should look to become one. Whether or not Dale is your tour guide, this is a great tour with interesting locations and stories to match! The Eagle Pharmacy and Jan Karski were my two highlights.

First I want to say a huge Thanks to Mr.Dale, for taking me and our friends to the tour. From the walking to tour we got to know about lot's and lots of historical things, history etc., It is not just a tour what you guys are thinking. It was more than that, after this tour you guys will get more excited to explore the city more. We took 2 tours from Dale, Jews Quarter and old town tour both are really excellent. Probably Dale has mini Wikipedia in his mind, yeah that's true he has lots of information about each and everything in the sights.

We decided to join this tour after having such a fantastic experience with City Walks Krakow earlier in the day. We were delighted to have the same guide, Karolina, and she certainly did not disappoint! She once again brought the history to life, sharing new insights through her engaging, story-based approach. We recommend this tour with City Walks Krakow and be sure to ask for Karolina!
