Karolina gave us a fascinating 2 hour tour of the Jewish quarter. It was freezing cold being outside but it didn't stop me from staying until the tour's end since her tour was so interesting . Every question I asked was explained to my satisfaction in great detail. I would do this tour over again just so I could get more information from this incredible guide.

We did both tours, the old town and the Wawel Castle during the day, and the Jewish quarter and the ghetto in the evening, with the same guide. We were very pleased, even though the weather was cold but we were lucky not to have rain as it happened later. The guide was an inexhaustible source of information beautifully told in a very clear and concise English language. We even took some breaks and admired all the beauties around us and let ourselves be absorbed by the history told. One of the most successful tours in the beautiful city of Krakow, once a great imperial capital!

Really engaging, interesting & thought provoking tour. Our guide Karolina was so knowledgeable & her approach showed sensitivity throughout. Despite it being freezing, we were fully involved due to Karolina’s presentation. We have done the other Krakow tour with Karolina too and it was also great.

Karolina, was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about Poland's history and past. It was absolutely freezing and we had big group, so we were equally impressed how she kept people engaged.

Excellent tour with Maciej — knowledgeable, energetic, and thoughtful. He handled the tragic history with great honesty and sensitivity, while keeping the atmosphere engaging and positive. We learned a lot and didn’t leave feeling overwhelmed. Even though there’s a coffee break in between, there is quite a lot of walking, so definitely dress very warm in winter. Highly recommend!
