If you want to visit the Churchill war rooms… this is not the tour for you. We spent 2 1/2 hours standing on the sidewalk, listening to the tour guide. He wasn’t very interesting. Then, we got to visit the War Rooms. I highly recommend you simply buy a ticket to the Churchill War Rooms and go there on your own. This tour adds no value whatsoever.

The VIP private tour guide before the War Room exhibit was our favorite part. She taught us so much history and showed is so many things in the area we never noticed. The War Room itself was okay, they could use air conditioning or fans down there. We also recommend more places to sit. Worth the experience due to the VIP private tour guide.

The Churchill war room was very detailed and combined well elements like videos and photos. The guide was pleasant, but during the tour prior to the War Rooms, he focused more on the political system than on providing a broader context of WWII (for example, bombs fell here, etc.), that is, touching more on history. Also refine logistical issues (the Young man who took attendance was delayed in arriving and delayed the start a bit). They should also send the Clear address of the meeting point (and not just say the monument of Boudica)

The information we learned was great. The war rooms are definitely worth a visit. We were late and the automatic chatbot communications were not helpful so lots of the tour was missed. We were lucky to be able to find the guide en route on our own. I suggest providing the guide with WhatsApp or email contact information of participants.

Very informative-our guide Maggie knew so much about Churchill and the war. It was a great intro before going to the War Rooms-definitely think doing both made it much better!

Maggie did a great job explaining the history of London. She was patient with all of our questions. I’m very knowledgeable.

I did not realize it was a walking tour. We saw a lot of the stuff when we did the Westminster tour. Guide was knowledgeable and we learned a lot.

Andy welcomed all questions and shared his knowledge of the Churchill war rooms and the Westminster area. He took the intense heat into consideration, stopping at shady spots as able. Would recommend!
