Explore the history of the occupation in three of Paris' central districts: Saint Germain, the Latin Quarter, the Marais. Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris
The infamous Notre Dame Cathedral, finished in 1363 and built in the Gothic style of architecture will be an important stop on your tour. You will not only get to see the important architectural parts of the church, but you will also learn about how religion was controlled during the occupation of Paris during the second world war.

5.00Really enjoyed the tour but some of the things in the description were never discussed. That being said, our small group asked a lot of off topic questions. It was an enjoyable way to learn about some of the neighborhoods in Paris.

5.00This was a fascinating insight into a very challenging time for the citizens of Paris. Abby, our tour guide, is so knowledgeable and engaging. She walked us through four arrondissements, pointing out noteworthy locations and explaining how they were significant in the Occupation. This was an exceptional tour and I highly recommend it if you are interested in WWII and resistance history.
