Karla was a very knowledgeable guide, she was full of insight about Prague and WW11 history. We would highly recommend and encourage you to join this tour. It’s a great way to explore parts of the City that one may miss otherwise.

My husband and I booked this tour and met Klara by the Powder Tower. We were the only two on the tour which made it a very personalised tour. Klara was so friendly and amazing, her knowledge and passion for the history was first class. It was fascinating to hear so much about the Prague resistance fighters, and learn about Operation Anthropoid - which I knew very little about. It was a very moving and emotional visit to the National Memorial to the Heroes of the Heydrich Terror. Klara also does other tours and when we next come back to Prague we will definitely be booking another one with her. Thank you Klara

Klara was so knowledgeable about the subject! It was great to spend a day learning about WWII and Operation Anthropoid. We went down many interesting streets, where she pointed out to us art pieces, memorials, and important places from Czech history. She answered all our questions. The crypt at Sts Cyril and Methodius was amazing and Klara was able to give us so much more information than the museum would have. We would have missed out on so much if not for this tour!!

I’m a WW2 geek and I learned things I hadn’t heard before! We were the only group that booked which made the tour a lot more personal. We could ask any question and Klara would have an answer for us. You see parts of the city you would otherwise miss out of.

The two of us were the only people on the tour this day which made for a terrific personalised experience. Most people were wandering around the heaving christmas markets! Clara was an excellent tour guide, clearly explaining the background to events that took place in Prague and the wider country during WW2 Beginning at the powder tower, we visited a number of key sites, then heading for St Wenceslas Square and then onto St Cyril's church. Clara kept us engaged and interested throughout and explained what could be a dry subject in a clear and engaging way Having done a more expensive but disappointing WW2 tour on a previous visit to Prague, we were relieved that this tour was far more informative and enjoyable. Clara had many fascinating stories to tell. Highly recommended if you are visiting this wonderful city

We met our WW2 guide Clara at the Powder Gate, our group had only two other guests, so it was easy to ask Clara any questions on our tour. Clara was full of many interesting and fascinating facts about World War 2, taking us to key locations, such as the Jewish Quarter, the Old Town, Wenceslas Square and where Czech soldiers were hiding out in the crypt of St Cyril after assassinating Reinhard Heydrich, the leader of the SS in Prague. The tour was very moving and left us reflecting on the bravery of the ordinary Czech people that rose up against the Nazi occupation of Prague. We would not hesitate in booking another tour with Prague Extravaganza. Many thanks
