We believe this is a great way to immerse yourself in the culture and local people's lives. Afterward you can learn to make BiangBiang Noodles and dumplings, which is a very interesting and interactive experience. Learn how to knead dough, pull the dough into those magic wide noodles and how to make dumpling wraps. We will teach you how to make different shaped dumplings. After boiling noodles and dumplings, you will enjoy the food that you have prepared yourself. Your meal will be paired with homemade drinks and stir-fried side dishes. If you are looking for a quieter more relaxing time but still want a unique, fun, and fulfilling experience in China, then I highly recommend this tour. Bruce and Lily are kind, engaging, and are excellent teachers. The process of making Biang Biang noodles was super easy and the meal after was delicious. I’ll be recommending this class to friends who visit Xian!
