The part that the tour company had to do with was 5 stars. They picked me up at my hotel on time, walked me in and got the ticket and all for me, and then were waiting in the lobby after the show to bring me back to my hotel. A seamless experience with them. I did have trouble in the show itself. I waited for 45 minutes before any food was brought to me, and the second batch of dumplings showed up *during* the show. As I was seated right by the stage, it felt really awkward to be eating during the performance. I wish I had spoken up sooner and found a staff member to get me food earlier. The show itself was fantastic, really well done. I recommend sitting towards the middle of the room, not close to the stage, which will allow you a better full picture view and ability to see the supertitles on the side screens.
