5.00With over 30 years of hospitality experience, I do not use the word “exceptional” lightly. Yes Darling earned it! The tone was set immediately. As we exited our premium ground transportation, my party greeted by Yes Darling’s First Mate — polished, warm, and fully present. Walking up to the yacht, the beautiful carpeting, pristine presentation, and cohesive branding made it clear we were stepping into something elevated. Once onboard, the excellence never wavered. The vessel remained immaculate from arrival to departure. If you left your lounge chair, your towel was refolded when you returned. Glassware never lingered. Every detail was maintained without interruption. The crew was impeccably dressed, well groomed, articulate, and intuitive. Attentive without hovering. Engaging without being intrusive. The food and beverage offerings were high-end and beautifully presented. Every aspect was curated with care. This charter was in celebration of my client’s birthday, and that detail was honored throughout in a way that felt thoughtful and refined. Then came the true test of hospitality — flexibility. At the eleventh hour, I mentioned the Captain that I wanted to include a dear friend who lives on Anguilla. Without hesitation, he calmly worked through the logistics and confirmed we would pick her up at Crocus Bay. Tessa was welcomed onboard seamlessly and returned safely to shore. It felt effortless — and that speaks volumes. Helene, as owner, has clearly cultivated a culture of excellence. That consistency does not happen by accident. As a luxury experience curator, I am deeply attentive to service flow, responsiveness, and presentation. Yes Darling aligns beautifully with the standards I expect for my clients. Anguilla is breathtaking. But what made the day unforgettable was the unwavering level of service delivered by Yes Darling from beginning to end. Yes Darling delivers refined hospitality at sea. 5.00The crew of Yes Darling Yacht gave our group the most exceptional day boating we have ever experienced!! We were searching for a private charter very last minute while staying at the Anguilla Four Seasons. Helen (Yes Darling crew) responded to me right away and went above and beyond to find a day-of itinerary that worked for our group. The yacht is absolutely beautiful, spotless, very comfortable and has every amenity you would want! The service provided by the entire crew is professional and welcoming- we have never had a better crew on any private boat excursion! They came to Anguilla and took us all around the island of St Martin, showing us all of the best places to snorkel, swim and sightsee from the water. Thank you, Yes Darling, for making our day so wonderful! We will see you again in May at St Barts! The Hudson and Meers
