I ended up being the only person booked into my class but Chef Hans invited me to have dinner with his family after the lesson! The lesson was perfect, a market shopping trip and then we cooked four delicious dishes. Hans’ family were lovely and made the class and the evening my highlight of Yangshuo! I just couldn’t keep up with the rate they drink happy water!

We started with a tour in the food market which was very interesting and authentic. Hans then thought us to cook multiple Chinese dishes. He is a really kind and free-spirited soul. We recommend !

Great cooking class with market visit with Hans! He was super friendly and explained everything really well! He also welcomed me into his home for dinner with his family which was an amazing and unique experience!

We loved the hours spent with Hans! It was very interesting to discover the market like the locals, then cook our purchases. Hans takes the time and explains very well. He is very friendly, interested and interesting! Special mention for the attention given to my spouse on his birthday. Thank you, Hans!

Had a very nice day with Hans and his daughter. First a market visit where we could taste the local Mood and products. Then cooking workshop at Hans' house. Nice environment in the house of Hans. Highly recommended!

Hans was great. He gave us a very authentic experience. Explained how to cook certain meats and vegetables according to his tradition. Hans is a great guide and cook. We would recommend this fun day to anyone staying in the local area

very enjoyable and authentic cooking and market experience with Hans who was super friendly and took us try amazing local home cooked and yummy foods. we were never rushed to try all kinds ingredients in the market. we do love the beer fish cooking and pickled bamboo! it's a great vibe and an excellent cooking class ! recommend that ~

One of the best experience I had in china, Hans is amazing and very knowledgeable about cooking and gastronomy. Had a blast cooking and learning and yangshou and the local culinary culture. Would do it again and recommend it to everybody.
