3.00This was more transportation from place to place, rather than a true guided tour. We had some basic information given to us at every stop and then basically had time to roam around and see the place ourselves. The transportation was definitely convenient and efficient, but don't expect an in depth informative tour at any of the stops. All the places on the tour itself are worth visiting, especially Yehliu. Maybe a different guide would have done a better job I felt it was not appropriate that the guide kept saying how he was looking forward to his day off as he was tired from doing several back to back tours. Reinforced my impression that he was going through the motions and would rather be elsewhere.

5.00The tour was fantastic, and Michael made sure we had plenty of time to explore each stop. He was so helpful, explaining everything and giving us directions. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes because there will be a lot of walking.

5.00Nature is really beautiful. Joseph was a very good guide. Always had interesting explainations with a comical twist. He allowed us plenty of time at each stop. I recommend.
I'd try another company as it's a non negotiable for me if the routing is changed

3.00I booked this tour as it showed it reaches Jiufen before the crowds but it changed its itinerary without consent! Jiufen was done last and it was packed 😞! The bus had tiny , cramped seats . Uncomfortable for a full day of travel. Sadly, had to wait for fellow guests who didn't stick to the scheduled departure time. The guide Emma was good and fluent in English.

4.00The plan was good, the sites were interesting, ant the tour was well organized However, the guide didnt give much info about the places we visited , and was trying to sell all kinds of stuff throughout the tour
