Our tour guide Ken was great and the tour included a lot of activities. Although the weather was not the best the tour was still worth it

Really nice tour. The guide Kevin is super fun and spontaneous. It felt a bit rushed at times but overall a positive experience to experience all 3 sites in 1 day.

Jacky is very experienced and responsible. He took care of the logistics and preparation along the trip, even making bookings and payments upfront first. Rest assured you will be well-prepped and informed. Make sure you are on time in order that each segment not be delayed.

Rainman (guide) was kind, polite, calm and very good tour My first field willow was amazing. It was difficult for me to go around on my own, so I was able to get around smoothly. I didn’t understand much English, but I finished the tour safely and it was a fun day

Our guide was funny, warm, and great with logistics, but the tour felt more focused on practical instructions and recommendations on what to buy rather than sharing information about the places themselves. As a result, it felt more like a group chauffeur service than a guided tour, and I didn’t come away having learned much about the areas we visited. The itinerary did make it convenient to see several places in a short time, and the timings were well-balanced—I didn’t feel like I needed longer at any of the stops. Taiwan’s landscapes are beautiful, but personally I didn’t rate Shifen Old Street or Jiufen; both were extremely crowded and quite commercialised, with many similar stalls. I’d read this beforehand but wanted to see it for myself. Next time, I’d choose a tour focused purely on Taiwan’s gorgeous nature rather than the more commercial spots. Still, this tour was an efficient way to tick off a few well-known sights in one day.
