Madison River

Start your adventure by driving along the crystal-clear Madison River. As one of the best rivers in the nation for fly fishing, it holds the honorable distinction of being a Blue Ribbon Fishery. Some sights you’ll pass by are Talus Mountain, Mount Haynes, and National Park Mountain. There are lots to see and do nearby, including checking out the Visitor Center, the Tribal Heritage Center, or the surrounding hydrothermal features along the Geyser Loop Trail. If you need a snack, coffee, or restroom break, be sure to stop by the historic Old Faithful Lodge. That’s also where you’ll find the gift shop.

    Great tour. Tracks,with your location. Gives you choices for travel, history, answers questions, fun facts, fun music, lots of info. Do great we downloaded Tetons the next day. Shaka Guides did incredible work on these tours. Recommend them completely.

    Excellent audio tour of Yellowstone! You can start it from any entrance. Make sure to download it before your trip and when you are on WiFi. Easy to use! I plugged my phone into my car and it played through my speakers via Bluetooth. Tells you about what is coming up and gives you history of Yellowstone. Best $20 we spent! Highly recommend!

    yellowstone is my happy place, there is always something new to explore. I went solo this time and used the Shaka guide. It was so fantastic. I will use the shaka tours again!

    Well, it started out okay but once I made a stop, I couldn't get the app to restart. After a while the music came back on but never the voice. I think it's more operator unfamiliarity than anything else. Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly before using. :)

    Loved the idea of a self guided tour. The first 15 minutes were terrific then no internet was available in Yellowstone so it was a bust. We reverted to using the old fashioned but reliable MAP
