3.00Really wanted to be able to give 5 stars but unfortunately can’t, the communication was really good beforehand telling me what to look for and when my driver would be there only to come out of arrivals around 40 minutes after landing and nobody was there, had to call up and they did get someone to us but had to wait another 20-25 minutes and search for the car outside which we didn’t need at 1am in the morning, the car was nice and clean and driver was polite though

3.00Unfortunately, I cannot give an excellent review. After giving the exact name and address and the specific needs they weren’t done. The driver seemed very unhappy and took us to the wrong hotel even after we showed him on our phones and told him multiple times. It was very frustrating. In the end, we did get to our hotel after insisting.
