This activity will help you find a deeper form of relaxation. The exercises are based on Hatha Yoga, with various elements of other styles incorporated, like Yin Yoga and Flow Yoga.
In order to release tension and find balance, we will vary in duration of different poses.

5.00Wonderful experience! And since no one else signed up, we had a private lesson. Such a relaxing time and great conversation. We wish we would have done it earlier in our stay because we would have gone at least one more time. You won’t regret booking! Great way to start or end your day on the island.

5.00We had booked a yoga session with Marieke and it was so much fun that we decided to go again later in the week. Marieke is a very pleasant, spontaneous woman who immediately makes you feel at ease. Pink Beach is beautiful and to do a yoga session there during sunset is a gift. Highly recommended!

5.005/5 it was fantastic, wonderful on the beach with the beautiful sounds of the sea in the background. This yoga session has completely calmed me down. I would recommend it to everyone. The instructor was also very sweet and asked if I could do yoga and what I was comfortable with. She also gave good tips about the island where you can do more things and eat.

5.00When my diving didn’t take place but joined the yoga class my mother and sister would follow with Marieke. It was my first time and I loved it! Relax in a beautiful spot in the shade of the palm trees, then cool off in the water.

5.00Marieke is an experienced yoga teacher who explains everything well and calmly. Under the warm morning sun, at the surf of the sea it was huge enjoyment!
