What To Expect
A confirmation email will be sent approximately 3 days before your service to reconfirm your pickup details. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service. ・Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pickup. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is reachable for smooth coordination. ・Airport Pick-Up Japan flight tracking is included by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after arrival. If you prefer a specific pickup time instead of flight tracking, please contact us in advance. ・Yokohama Port Pickup Yokohama Port (cruise terminal) pickups have a surcharge starting at ¥6,000. ・City / Hotel Pick-Up For hotel or city pickups, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes from the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be shared via WhatsApp before pickup. ・Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original booking schedule. ・Luggage Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase (approximately 24 inches). Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seating capacity. If the luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, the driver may refuse service for safety and space limitations.

5.00Originally I booked a simple transport from Yokohama Cruise Terminal to Haneda Airport. But since our flight back to USA was for mid afternoon, I asked the company to arrange some extra time for additional cost of course for us to add a short tour of Yokahoma before heading to the airport. Everything worked out great. Driver was punctual, helpful and professional. Enjoyed our last day in Japan.
