5.00Definitely the most fun I've had in a LONG time! The actors were brilliant, storytelling and scenes were spot on. There were some genuinely scary bits (I'm a 33 year old who loves horror) but rest assured no one will ever touch you. The groups were nice and small so it was much more intimate than say London. Really good fun for all ages and you learn a lot too. You absolutely have to visit!

5.00Absolutely brilliant experience at York Dungeon. Not only is the tour itself brilliant with great actors who are a credit to the company but I am temporarily wheelchair bound due to an operation on my ankle and the team could not do enough for me. They were kind, caring and extremely professional and also full of great humour. They completely ensured I didn't miss a single thing of the experience and actually followed me around the tour to ensure I had exactly the same access as everyone else. Please ensure this is passed onto everyone working on thursday 16th April, you were all brilliant, thank you for making our day!

5.00Me and my family felt all the emotions (some more than others 😂). The rooms and actors were brilliant!! We even got let in a little earlier than our actual time so that is amazing. Would recommend!

5.00Took our grandchildren for a trip out to York dungeon. Aged 10 and 13. We all had a fantastic time! The actors are brilliant, the rooms are very well 'undecorated' the scenery is very well put together. It is quite dark inside, however there are no steps, so no risk of falling. Great for adults and kids, great value for money, as it's around 1.5 hour's long. Everyone makes a huge effort to make your visit one to remember. Even the photographs are good value, at the end of the tour. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend and would most definitely go back.

5.00What an amazing activity! I absolutely adored my initial trip to the Blackpool Dungeons so when I had the opportunity to visit the York Dungeons I couldn't wait. The whole tour lasted way longer than expected and was amazing value for money. My favourite part of the whole tour was the carriage ride at the end themed around Dick Turpin. All the actors and actresses were amazing and honestly they deserve a round of applause! It was quite busy but I did go over the Easter holidays! If you're interested in quirky history and spooks them GO TO THE DUNGEONS PEASANTS

5.00Fabulous - made my birthday ! Used York pass :) Well worth it - actors were amazing and really was a fun and good experience ! One of the best things I did in my birthday week to York ! Just book before u go !

5.00Lots of fun! Actors are totally in character, be prepared to be ‘picked on’, the actors will shout at you, accuse you, lock you up, attempt to chop your head off! There are lots of flashing lights, bangs, screams and laughter! Bit of fun !
